A company committed to citizenship, diversity and solidarity
ENGIE has long implemented an ambitious and proactive corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy. At the heart of HR policy, this has led to a number of commitments in favor of equal opportunity, diversity and social integration through work-based learning and sports.
In 2010, the Group renewed its CSR policy by signing the Global Agreement on Fundamental Rights, Social Dialogue and Sustainable Development (in French only) with several international trade union federations. The agreement outlined a social foundation project based on four commitments. ENGIE has therefore renewed its commitment to:
- local communities.
Within the context of this agreement, the Group has taken several human resources initiatives to combat discrimination and promote equal opportunity.
