Involvement of employees
The success of ENGIE’s corporate plan relies on the support and commitment of its employees. In the context of its corporate patronage policy, ENGIE enables them to become involved in the humanitarian sphere and supports their mobilization at times of national or international emergency.
Encouraging the involvement of employee volunteers in solidarity projects
ENGIE is determined to exercise its company responsibility through partnerships that enable the Group’s employees to become involved alongside it. There are several forms of involvement, derived from the productivity of the Group’s partnerships.
The employee associations supported by the Group carry out humanitarian assignments all over the world – another way volunteer employees can demonstrate a commitment to solidarity.
Encouraging the skill-based sponsorship
Through skill-based sponsorship, ENGIE and its subsidiaries demonstrate their commitment to seeking innovative and varied solutions in campaigns involving many of its employees as experts, in solidarity, social and societal missions.
