An award for ENGIE and its Matching Energy ambassadors

ENGIE’s desire to turn the spotlight on its employees, their rich and varied career paths and their personalities in tune with the outside world to attract the talents of tomorrow has been honored by the Communication & Entreprise association with the award of a prize for its Energy scheme in the HR and Employer Brand campaigns category.

ENGIE was rewarded at the 30th Communication & Entreprise Annual Awards ceremony for its Matching Energy scheme, which lets you discover the talents of the Group’s employees and engage with them.

Game, set and match!

Matching Energy gives you the opportunity to discover ENGIE through the prism of the personalities who make up the Group. If you take a quiz with 5 questions that say something (a lot?) about your personality traits, we will put you in direct contact with a Group employee with whom you will have an affinity, either by email or on a social network. You can then dialog with your “alter ego” and ask questions so you can experience ENGIE on the inside.

For ENGIE, Matching Energy is also a new way to attract the talents we need to construct the energy world of tomorrow and bring to life our particular vision of carbon-free, decentralized, digitized and fully accessible energy. This fun experience and original form of contact go much farther than a traditional résumé and cover letter: the Group’s new corporate culture is firmly based on soft skills and know-how.
