ENGIE is required to process numerous personal data concerning its employees, particularly in the context of human resources management. Aware of the sensitivity of this data, the Group has adopted binding corporate rules (BCR) to ensure their protection in the event of data transfer to Group entities located outside the European Union.

The Group's BCRs, approved by the European supervisory authorities at the beginning of 2015, have led ENGIE to join companies that pay particular attention to the protection of personal data.
