Framing relationships with interest representatives and public authorities
For the ENGIE Group, ethical principles are the fundamental basis of any interest representation activities. That is why the ENGIE Group has created a Code of Conduct for Lobbying, which applies to any lobbyists acting on behalf of the Group, whether they are a Group employee or representative.
This Code of Conduct governs the work of interest representatives and it reflects the Group's commitments to transparency, integrity, and reliability.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the transparency of any interest representation activities in accordance with the requirements of the Sapin 2 law in France, the Group has created a simple, easy-to-use internal procedure for declaring these actions in France to the "Haute Autorité pour la Transparence de la Vie Publique", as seen below:
