Job Requirement :

  • Management of the team of Project Engineers, Operation Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and Facility Engineers; this includes all aspect of people/performance/rotation management.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient management of day to day 24x7 business operations
  • Manage/Improve the workflows and throughput for business operations.
  • Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided by the engineer team and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience.
  • Vendor management/monitoring vendor performance
  • Ensuring compliant with all relevant safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain work plans, estimates, and schedules for customer installation projects and maintenance
  • Establish methods and procedures for work activities; identify and resolve operational problems; and communicate expertise and approval concerning activities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8 years’ experience of mission-critical service management (e.g., critical environment infrastructure)
  • Excellent management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in operational environment.
