Recently observed fraud attempts have involved people trying to pass themselves off as representatives of the Group and \/ or its employees. They use the names of bona fide employees and company managers, or imaginary names, as well as email addresses that resemble those used by the Group (cybersquatting).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"block_fe412c3123d783767f8f1fbda77c5df2\" class=\"cp-wysiwyg teq-container nj-aura nj-aura--white\">\n    <div class=\"teq-grid \">\n        <div class=\"col-span-6 xl:col-start-2 xl:col-span-10 lg:col-start-1 lg:col-span-12 \">\n                        <div class=\"teq-wysiwyg\">\n                <div data-trad data-trad-html><h2>What does the fraud involve?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraudulent orders of goods which are then delivered to warehouses in France for overseas.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals targeting individuals to invest in projects in renewal energies, hydrogen and charging stations.<\/li>\n<li>Emails designed to extract your passwords or bank details, or demand urgent payment requests, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How can you protect yourself against these scams?<\/h2>\n<p>(authorities and proceedings hereafter for frauds taking place in France, for other countries please refer to national authorities guidance)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When it comes to commercial offers involving the supply of energy, consult the Directorate-general for advice of for competition, consumer affairs and the prevention of fraud via the following address: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/files\/files\/directions_services\/dgccrf\/consommation\/contrats-bois-chauffage-gaz-electricite.pdf?v=1675779886\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Firewood &#8211; Gas and electricity contracts (in French)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>When it comes to financial fraud, the <strong>AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) has issued warnings over the increase in the numbers of fraudulent offers of miscellaneous investments in financial services for the general public.<\/strong> These can involve theft of names of listed companies and \/ or their employees. If you suspect that you may have been a victim of fraudulent canvassing, call the AMF&#8217;s special telephone number (Epargne Info Service on +33 (0)1 53 45 62 00) or visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amf-france.org\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">their website<\/a>, and click on the section on \u201csavers\u2019 area \u2013 protect your savings \u2013 avoid fraud\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What to do if you are the victim of a scam?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Do think you may be a victim of a scam or fraud?
