Previously, Catherine MacGregor worked for 23 years for Schlumberger where she held a variety of roles (chair of the drilling group, chair in charge of Europe and Africa, deputy chair of the group\u2019s human resources, etc.) in different geographic areas (Republic of Congo, United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Catherine MacGregor joined Microsoft&#8217;s
