les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes, chaque soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise du groupe ENGIE de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s doit calculer et publier cet index et entreprendre le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, des actions correctives n\u00e9cessaires sous peine de sanctions financi\u00e8res pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 % de la masse salariale de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Publication de l\u2019index<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le calcul de l\u2019index porte sur 5 crit\u00e8res :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes, calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la moyenne de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des femmes compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle des hommes, par tranche d&#8217;\u00e2ge et par cat\u00e9gorie de postes \u00e9quivalents ;<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00e9cart de taux d&#8217;augmentations individuelles de salaire ne correspondant pas \u00e0 des promotions entre les femmes et les hommes ;<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00e9cart de taux de promotions entre les femmes et les hommes ;<\/li>\n<li>Le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;une augmentation dans l&#8217;ann\u00e9e de leur retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, si des augmentations sont intervenues au cours de la p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle le cong\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris ;<\/li>\n<li>Le
