Misión del puesto:

Realizar el registro y análisis de las partidas contables designadas, realizar la emisión de los estados financieros locales, preparar diversos informes contables y financieros internos. Determinar, análizar y controlar las diversas provisiones y contingencias tanto de ingresos como costos y gastos para las diversas empresas del grupo; con el propósito de contribuir a la disponibilidad de información contable de acuerdo a la política definida y normativa.

 

 Requisitos:

 

  1. Analizar y conciliar los movimientos de ingresos, egreso y operaciones Inter compañía; con el propósito de reflejar las operaciones realizadas en un periodo.
  2. Analizar y controlar los movimientos de las cuentas de activo, pasivo y patrimonio que reflejen la situación actual del cliente
  3. Revisar facturación y provisiones de ingresos, costos y gastos de su responsabilidad; para mantener los registros operacionales se encuentran actualizados al cierre de cada mes.
  4. Participar en las actividades de cierre contable de las empresas del cliente, de conformidad con la normativa contable local e internacional así como con las políticas contables y de control interno, lo cual incluye la ejecución de procesos recurrentes y la verificación correcta de éstos en las cifras contables.
  5. Revisar y analizar la documentación de soporte entregada para movimientos en activos fijos (altas, bajas, modificaciones, capitalización o disposición) para realizar las contabilizaciones correspondientes.

 

 

Habilidades:

  • Contador nivel técnico o carrera afín
  • Conocimiento de la normativa IFRS, SVS, USGAAP, y NIFS adoptada por el cliente
  • Conocimiento de procesos de auditoría, control interno y procedimientos del cliente
  • Entender operaciones de cierre y estados contables periódicos y recapitulativos.
  • Entender las operaciones de contabilidad en general
  • SAP (básico),
  • Office (básico)

 

Experiencia:

  • 0-2 años de experiencia en multinacionales
  • Ingles Intermedio-Avanzado

Tu impacto: Coordinar las acciones relacionadas con la recopilación y análisis de información relevante para la toma de decisiones a corto, mediano y largo plazo, la cual permita anticiparse a las oportunidades y amenazas del entorno de los activos de ENGIE, con el fin de fortalecer la estrategia de seguridad de la empresa en todas sus unidades de negocio.

Como Coordinador de Inteligencia Coordinar el análisis de información relevante para identificar riesgos y amenazas a los activos de ENGIE

Desarrollar y mantener actualizado el atlas de riesgos de la empresa, considerando la dinámica política, social y de seguridad del país.

Informar a la Gerencia de Inteligencia sobre la situación de seguridad y su impacto potencial en las operaciones de ENGIE.

Proponer acciones de mitigación para reducir los riesgos identificados y que fortalezcan la estrategia de seguridad .

Realizar informes periódicos de inteligencia sobre el estado de la seguridad en Mexico.

Coordinar el monitoreo y la recopilación de información de diversas fuentes para el análisis estratégico en cinco ejes: Gobierno, Seguridad, Economía, Social y Entorno Internacional, con el fin de anticipar cambios que puedan afectar a la empresa.

Colaborar en la coordinación de la Agenda Nacional de Riesgos

Analizar datos y tendencias para identificar riesgos y oportunidades.

Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la alineación de estrategias

Desarrollar y mantener bases de datos de inteligencia

Proponer recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en el análisis de datos

Role Objective:

Drive process improvement and operational excellence by partnering with service lines within Mexico GBS to identify automation opportunities and act as a trusted internal advisor. Lead process reengineering efforts and manage transformation projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Promote a data-driven culture, fostering continuous improvement and clear communication across the organization.

 

Requirements:

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Collaboration: Partner with service lines and BPOs to identify business needs and conduct in-depth process analyses to uncover improvement opportunities.
  2. Problem-Solving: Guide and coach root cause analysis for problem-solving, supporting the identification of automation opportunities.
  3. Internal Advisor: Act as an internal advisor on solutions that drive operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
  4. Process Reengineering: Lead and execute As-Is process mapping, solution feasibility assessments, and To-Be process definitions
  5. Benefit Analysis: Measure benefits, analyze impact/effort, and calculate return on investment.
  6. Project Coordination: Coordinate value cases, qualification, funding requests, project charters, and resource assignments for implementation.
  7. Process Improvement: Understand end-to-end processes across geographies to drive solution proposals, global alignment, project prioritization, and automation roadmap definitions with various service lines.
  8. Project Management: Manage the transformation project portfolio and act as PMO to support the service lines. Track, monitor, and report regularly on project status to ensure timely completion and successful delivery of projects and benefits.
  9. Process Documentation: Coach and support the creation of standard operating procedures across the service lines
  10. Quick Wins: Implement quick improvements to drive immediate benefits.
  11. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile methods to manage and prioritize workload and result delivery. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the Agile process.
  12. Data-Driven Culture: Promote a data-driven culture by supporting KPI development and implementation, and coaching operational performance reviews.
  13. People Development: Foster a continuous improvement culture and build capability by facilitating CI Methodology training sessions.
  14. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular updates on the status of incidents and requests, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/Systems, etc.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable)
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement and project management
  • Experience in the Shared Service Center environment is a plus
  • Advanced English

 

 

Technical Skills

  • Process Management and Improvement: Proven experience in process mapping/design, problem-solving and transformation projects
  • Automation technologies knowledge: requirements and application of RPA, Power Platform tools, Winshuttle, AI, Process Mining
  • Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrate ability to understand complex business needs and align them to the strategic transformation stakes for the business
  • Stays informed about emerging trends and technologies in the automation space and facilitates knowledge sharing across GBS.

Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to manage projects with regional IT teams and IT global organization. This position is key to managing technical and organizational transformation projects within the region. Within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cy-bersecurity division, the Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X) is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects related to telecom, network and securi-ty.

Requirements:

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Planning and Project Management: Define the objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets of telecom, network and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and monitor projects until completion. 
  • Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
  • Change Management: Define the change organization and planning with the various stakeholders, whether for implementation or validation (i.e. functional tests with the business units). Ensure compliance with the change management process and present the changes in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for successful production deployment.
  • Integration Management: lead technical changes, potentially during off-hours, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with other Local & regional teams, as well as with global teams (Project Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer, etc.).
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Technology Watch: Stay informed of the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience in managing telecom, network and cybersecurity projects in an "Agile" environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Qualifications in Agile, Prince2 or any other project management methodology.
  • Advanced English
