Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie realizacją obsługi technicznej urządzeń i instalacji objętych umową serwisową (w tym m.in. instalacje HVAC) na obiektach szpitalnych zgodnie z warunkami określonymi przez klientów w umowie,
  • Przygotowywanie ofert dla Klientów dotyczących wykonania usług serwisowych,
  • Nadzór nad pracami serwisowymi wykonywanymi przez podległy zespół,
  • Współpraca z dostawcami i podwykonawcami w celu zapewnienia terminowego wykonania prac serwisowych,
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz dotyczących działalności serwisowej,
  • Utrzymywanie kontaktu z klientami i rozwiązywanie ewentualnych problemów związanych z serwisem,
  • Organizacja i uczestnictwo w wybranych konferencjach, targach i szkoleniach z zakresu urządzeń i instalacji objętych usługami serwisowymi.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowane kierunki: klimatyzacja, wentylacja lub pokrewne,
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B,
  • Doskonała znajomość systemów HVAC oraz przepisów i norm dotyczących instalacji
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem oraz organizacji pracy
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Umiejętność planowania i organizacji pracy,
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • Dobra komunikacja i umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów.

 Vos challenges à nos côtés 

  • Effectuer les prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective conformément au planning et aux gammes opératoires ;
  • Prendre les mesures conservatoires appropriées en cas de dysfonctionnement des installations ;
  • Détecter les anomalies de fonctionnement des installations et en informez votre Responsable ;
  • Assurer les interventions de dépannage, de contrôle et de réglage dans les domaines multi techniques (CFO, CFA, CVC, plomberie, serrurerie, second œuvre, etc.) ;
  • Réaliser les consignations et déconsignations des équipements technique
  • Effectuer les rapports d’intervention et reportings sur l’ensemble de vos actions ;
  • Participer aux opérations de levées de réserves ;
  • Accompagner les sous-traitants ;

 

Vous travaillerez en horaires de quart.

Vous êtes en lien quotidiennement avec nos clients, vous représentez donc Engie Solutions et il vous appartient d’entretenir une relation de proximité avec eux et de proposer des axes d’améliorations constants. 

Votre profil :

  • Un BEP / Bac+2 Energétique ou Génie Climatique  
  • Une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en maintenance multitechnique
  • Des compétences en maintenance des systèmes (CVC/MT)
  • Savoir utiliser des outils connectés (Tablettes, GMAO..)

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

• Attuerai azioni di individuazione e contatto preliminare con la clientela potenziale, per poter sviluppare le trattative di vendita, formulare offerte, fornire preventivi e contratti, negoziare le migliori condizioni di vendita;

• Raccoglierai e analizzerai i fabbisogni della clientela allo scopo di fornire un supporto flessibile e personalizzato e di definire le migliori soluzioni commerciali commisurate ai bisogni espressi;

• Fornirai feedback periodici sul mercato e sulla concorrenza nella zona assegnatagli/le, lavorando in sinergia con il marketing al fine di migliorare ed accrescere il portafoglio prodotti;

• Parteciperai alla predisposizione delle offerte commerciali per i nuovi clienti verificandone la formalizzazione secondo i requisiti tecnici, economici e qualitativi richiesti;

• Provvederai all’aggiornamento dei report commerciali;

• Gestirai i rapporti con i clienti in portafoglio garantendone la fidelizzazione.

• Hai una laurea in economia o materie tecniche o gestionali;

In this role, you will monitor the vibration behaviour of turbo generator shaft lines and engage in complex root cause analysis of rotating machinery. Additionally, you will advise our customers on the best condition monitoring strategies for their specific assets.

Your Mission:

  • Conduct detailed vibration analysis reviews of turbo generator shaft lines.

Chargée /Chargé de Logistique Biomasse (F/H)

 

Cdi basé à la Défense (92)

 

 

 

 

Intégré.e au sein de l’équipe Logistique Biomasse et rattaché.e à la Responsable Logistique,  votre mission principale consistera à faire respecter les programmes de livraisons de biomasse notamment granulés pour les chaufferies gérées par nos clients.

Vous contribuerez à garantir la qualité du combustible, les délais de livraison et la gestion de la facturation.

 

Principales fonctions :

 

L’approvisionnement :

 

  • Assurer la prise des commandes de biomasse des exploitants et la planification des livraisons avec les fournisseurs/transporteurs
  • Remonter les anomalies de qualité du combustible ou de délais de livraison des
  • fournisseurs/transporteurs auprès du Responsable Logistique
  • Le suivi des livraisons de biomasse via l’outil logistique interne
  • Programmer les livraisons hebdo pour chaque installation gérée
  • Organiser la répartition des commandes hebdo par fournisseur en coordination avec les chargés d’approvisionnement
  • Traiter l’ensemble des problèmes opérationnelles de livraison pour assurer une continuité de fourniture avec l’appui de sa hiérarchie (annulation, ajouts, refus…)
  • Assurer des missions transverses éventuelles et partager avec ses collègues (au niveau du territoire, de l’équipe et nationalement) 
  • Contribuer à la bonne application des règles de sécurité sur les installations et auprès des partenaires (One Safety, PEPS)
  • Réaliser les préfacturations chaque mois
  • Traiter les litiges relevant de l’activité de l’équipe logistique avec les fournisseurs et la référente Biomasse à la DAF.

La facturation clients /fournisseurs :

  • Contrôler et rapprocher des données de livraison et veiller au respect des délais de facturation

 

 

De formation Bac à Bac + 3 en logique/approvisionnement, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience sur un poste en lien avec l’exploitation (assistanat d’exploitation, gestion de la facturation) ou en relation avec un service achat (approvisionnement).

 

Fortement orienté(e) client, vous avez le sens du service et êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel (échanges avec les exploitants pour la prise de commande). 

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), vous  avez  la  capacité à gérer les imprévus et les priorités notamment en période de forte activité (saison de chauffe) et dans un contexte de croissance d’activité.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, le partage et les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs en interne et en externe.

 

La maîtrise d’Excel et une aisance avec l’utilisation des outils informatiques  est requise. La connaissance de Genesis et DDS Shipper sera un plus.

JOUW UITDAGING als Filiaalverantwoordelijke

 

  • Management: Toezicht houden op de administratieve, logistieke, veiligheids- en technische aspecten van het filiaal (met betrekking tot de volgende technologieën: gas, olie, warmtepompen en in mindere mate pellets).

What you will do:

  • You will lead complex projects from business requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • You will take responsibility for project organization to ensure coherent detailed project planning according to the PM methodology and best practices implemented in ENGIE Group.

  • You will evaluate ENGIE business processes and requirements, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
  • You will conduct meetings to collect and analyze business requirements and user needs.
  • You will gather and analyze preliminary requirements that reflect the business strategy and short/long-term business objectives, providing detailed insights aligned with the IT architecture structured under Feasibility Study, RFI, RFP, and Tender Book comprehensive documentation.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or equivalent;
  • 5+ years Project Management working experience in the Information Technology area;
  • Project Management and MS Project Professional Courses (certification is an advantage);
  • Solid technical background, with understanding of the IT systems implementation and development processes (working experience with SAP Business Warehouse, SAP ERP or SAP IS-U projects is an advantage);
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office;
  • Independent user of English and Romanian languages (B1 - read, write, speak);
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills; analytical thinking, positive & CAN-DO attitude;
  • Ability to collect and analyze client requirements and transfer the proper information to technical team;

What you will do:

  • You will contribute to market prospecting by providing consultancy on energy networks as well as on optimal access to them, in the context of identifying new renewable energy projects.
  • You will manage the documentation necessary to obtain access to electrical networks for new development projects, from project initiation to the completion of the execution phase (COD), and, if necessary, you will attend the meetings with state authorities.
  • You will organize, under the guidance of the Grid Access Manager, the meetings and documents necessary for the development of each project.
  • You will continuously monitor the impact of the evolving economic, political, regulatory and technological context on investments and projects of TSO (Transmission System Operator)/ DSO (Distribution System Operator).
  • You will collaborate with DSO, TSO, and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle for connection/ access to the network: from the authorization and access stage to the construction completion stage.
  • You will manage the relationship with internal or external consultants on topics such as: solution analysis, planning and authorization of transformer stations, transformers, transfer stations, and aspects related to cable routes, technical evaluation, and preparation of the work register.
  • You will support the project team by analysing risks and defining the necessary preventive/ corrective actions for network access, in order to meet project deadlines.
  • You will obtain approvals from DSO and TSO for network access, in accordance with the company's strategy.
  • You will provide technical and commercial analyses regarding offers and contracts related to network connection works.
  • You will monitor the schedule and stages of the projects you manage.
  • You will support the procurement team during negotiations and tenders for network access services and works.
  • You will ensure periodic reporting/ presentations for monitoring and controlling activities related to access to electrical networks.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field: Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering;
  • Experience working with HV/MV power systems;
  • Good knowledge of regulatory framework;
  • Knowledge of project management methodology;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and evaluation;
  • Thorough knowledge of technical standards and ANRE regulations;
  • Basic knowledge of the energy market;
  • Advanced skills in PVsyst, WASP, Windex/Atlas Wind Global, AutoCAD;
  • Category B driving license;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Integrity and ability to adhere to ethical standards.

 

Represents advantage:

  • Experience using electrical system analysis software (e.g., DIgSILENT, Neplan, Eurostrag);
  • Ideally several years of professional experience with comparable tasks at a grid operator or at an engineering company/ project developer.
  • Knowledge of French – at least intermediate level.
