Your Key Responsibilities

✅Define global core model process guidelines in the respective field together with the Global Process Owner (GPO) by observing legal and group requirements (incl. internal controls, compliance and value flow checks), based on established Global Enterprise Transformation design

Within the Network & Cybersecurity (NCS) division, the Identity & Access department manages services and solutions to manage identities and accounts for the ENGIE Group.

The Digital Certificates team oversees the Public Key Infrastructure used by the group internally (AD PKI) and externally. It maintains the infrastructures in operational condition and manages the life cycle of the certificates issued to the group's entities.

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Service Delivery Manager provides functional and managerial authority over the operational teams made up of ENGIE employees and service providers. He/She reports to the Head of the Identity & Access department.

• Accountable for all RUN activities of Digital Certificates platforms under their management.
• Define & control RUN SLA (from GBS IT)
• Define RUN budget & charging model, challenge & control costs
• Monitor SLA with external partners

VOS RESPONSABILITES

• Garant de l’intégration dans l’environnement de production des nouvelles solutions WAN/MAN, LAN et WiFi ou de l’évolution des solutions existantes sur le périmètre des réseaux de connexion, conformément aux engagements pris avec les clients de cette ligne de services NET.
• Pilotage des projets d’intégration et de mise en production : assurer la cohérence des solutions de la conception à la mise en production, garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques et des critères de mise en production, et veiller à la complétude de la documentation.

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS für diverse Gesellschaften der ENGIE Gruppe in Deutschland
• Bearbeitung des IFRS Reportings für den Konzernabschluss der ENGIE S.A.
• Sicherstellung der laufenden Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit den Nebenbüchern (Debitoren, Kreditoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
• Themenverantwortung für einzelne, festgelegte Bereiche der Rechnungslegung
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Bilanzplanung nach IFRS
• Dokumentationen für die Jahresabschlussprüfung und Kommunikation mit den Wirtschaftsprüfern 

Ihr Profil – das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechenden Studienabschluss; Weiterbildung zur/m Bilanzbuchalter:in wünschenswert
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in aus den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Steuerberatung und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
• Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
• Analysefähigkeit gepaart mit einer sorgfältigen und gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Level)

Engie is seeking a dynamic and skilled leader to manage its global Invoice to Pay (I2P) processes.

As the Invoice-to-Pay Process & Solution Expert, you will report to the P2P GPO and oversee an international team of experts, ensuring the processes are compliant with internal and external regulations, efficient, harmonized, and digitalized. Your ability to manage internal stakeholders, prioritize needs, and translate complex issues into actionable insights will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:
  Inspire, mentor, and support the development of the Invoice to Pay process team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Drive Process Excellence:
  Own and continuously improve Invoice to Pay processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
• Optimize Systems & Technology:
  Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Invoice to Pay systems and automation tools, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage Invoice to Pay-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and scope, and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strategic Communication:
  Prepare and present tailored updates to senior management and stakeholders, influencing key decisions, and aligning everyone with your vision.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for Invoice to Pay-related inquiries, audits, and escalations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes and systems in a GBS or SSC environment, including IMS tools and SAP (S4Hana) FI & MM modules.
• Strong experience with MS Office, and exposure to procurement and automation.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving complex, global transformation projects.

Missions et responsabilités

1. Gestion budgétaire et optimisation des coûts
   • Piloter le budget dédié aux services AWS et assurer un suivi financier régulier.
   • Analyser la facturation AWS, identifier les postes de coûts et proposer des optimisations (réservations, right-sizing, usage de services adaptés).
   • Collaborer avec l’équipe FinOps pour maintenir la rentabilité des solutions cloud.
2. Coordination et suivi de la roadmap technologique
   • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’architecte cloud et les experts techniques pour définir et actualiser la roadmap des services AWS.
   • Organiser et animer les points de suivi de l’avancement des projets (sprints, revues, comités de pilotage).
   • Identifier les futurs besoins techniques et fonctionnels, proposer de nouveaux services ou évolutions pour anticiper les évolutions du marché.
3. Développement et lancement de nouveaux services
   • Détecter et formaliser les opportunités de nouveaux services (ou solutions) à valeur ajoutée pour l’entreprise.
   • Coordonner la phase de conception avec les architectes et experts, puis assurer le lancement auprès des équipes internes ou des clients.
   • Planifier et suivre les étapes de mise en production, en s’assurant du respect des délais et de la qualité.
4. Gestion de la relation avec les parties prenantes
   • Être l’interlocuteur/trice principal(e) auprès des équipes internes (développement, sécurité, DSI, business units) et des partenaires externes (fournisseurs, éditeurs, consultants).
   • Communiquer régulièrement sur l’état d’avancement des projets, les coûts, les risques et les plans d’action.
   • Assurer le reporting au management et proposer des indicateurs (KPI) pour mesurer la performance des services AWS.
5. Animation et leadership d’équipes transverses
   • Animer les équipes opérationnelles (équipes DevOps, d’architecture, de sécurité, etc.), en veillant au bon partage de l’information et à la collaboration inter-services.
   • Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption de nouvelles pratiques, méthodologies ou technologies liées à AWS.
   • Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue (best practices, retours d’expérience) et de respect des processus qualité.
6. Veille technologique et innovation
   • Se tenir informé(e) des nouveautés AWS et évaluer régulièrement leur pertinence pour l’entreprise.
   • Proposer des projets pilotes (POC) pour tester de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou services pouvant générer de la valeur.
   • Participer à des événements (webinars, conférences, salons) pour rester au fait des tendances cloud et partager les enseignements en interne.

Profil recherché

• Formation : Bac+4/Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou école de commerce avec spécialisation en systèmes d’information, ou équivalent universitaire).
• Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en pilotage de projets, gestion de services ou management de solutions IT, idéalement dans un contexte cloud.
• Orientations : Connaissances de base d’AWS et forte sensibilité pour la gestion budgétaire, la performance opérationnelle et le pilotage d’équipes.

Compétences techniques minimales (non-exécutantes)

• Bonne compréhension de l’écosystème AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) pour dialoguer efficacement avec les équipes techniques et comprendre les enjeux.
• Connaissance des principes DevOps (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code) et des problématiques de sécurité cloud.
• Maîtrise d’outils de suivi budgétaire (Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets) et de reporting.
• Certification AWS
