Pour intervenir sur le secteur de Reims nous recherchons une/un :

 

Technicienne/Technicien Expert(e) D’Exploitation (F/H)

 

 

Vous intervenez sur des sites industriels. Votre bon esprit d’équipe associé à votre sens du service, vont, à coup sûr, matcher avec les équipes en place et le client. C’est avant tout grâce à nos expertises et à de la cohésion que nous faisons la différence pour maintenir dépanner, optimiser et anticiper les éventuels dysfonctionnements des installations.

 

Concrètement vous aurez la charge de :

· Gestion courante et maintenance des installations Electriques, Chauffage et ECS (chaudière, préparateur ECS) des systèmes de ventilation (VMC, CTA), de régulation (GTB, GTC) compris comptages d'énergies.

· Réalisation de légers travaux électrique et CVC.

· Reporting et relationnel clients, coordination des sous-traitants, suivi technique du périmètre, sécurisation lors des interventions

• Suivi les résultats énergétiques de ces installations, posez vos diagnostics et effectuez des corrections en cas de dérive,

• Etes garant du bon suivi de votre relation avec le client, rédigez vos comptes-rendus afin de garantir la traçabilité de vos interventions, et assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager grâce à la GMAO,

• Respectez, évidemment, les engagements contractuels et réglementaires

• Mission de technicien d’exploitation sur des sites à enjeu de l’équipe (forts enjeux P1, commercial ou potentiel travaux) 

• Mission d’expertise des smarts systems  

• Mission de support aux autres techniciens

Ce poste est sujet à astreinte.

Votre profil :

Diplômé d'une formation en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou d'un Titre Professionnel à la suite d'une reconversion professionnelle vers nos métiers : au-delà du diplôme, ce sont vos compétences techniques, votre motivation et votre curiosité qui priment !

Vous avez acquis des compétences fortes en CVC et également dans la maintenance multi-technique.

Vous possédez idéalement les habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC...) et le CACES R486 puis vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de GMAO et les outils informatiques (tablettes).

Enfin, une bonne autonomie et le respect des procédures sont non-négociables pour représenter ENGIE Solutions auprès de nos clients exigeants.

  • Maintenance & Supervision: Perform, organize, and supervise mechanical maintenance on industrial gas and steam turbines.
  • Project Preparation: Collaborate with engineers to define the scope, planning, and approach for each maintenance project.
  • Flexible Responsibilities: Take on varying roles depending on experience, including site supervision and resource coordination.
  • Safety & Troubleshooting: Ensure safety compliance, respond to unplanned incidents, and carry out hands-on problem-solving.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Draft daily and final reports, document lessons learned, and contribute to quality process enhancements

 

YOUR PROFILE as a Team Lead Field Technician Turbines

 

·        You are mechanically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics).

·        Experience in maintenance of turbines, aircraft engines, derivative gas turbines, wind turbines or large rotating equipment is mandatory.

·        You are fluent in English and willing to obtain basic level (A2) in French or Dutch.

·        You are flexible in terms of working hours and workplace. You see varying hourly schedules (day, shifts, weekends) as 'part of the job'. You are willing to perform work at our various sites in Belgium and abroad (mainly France and the Netherlands, max. 30%).

·        Your sense of ownership ensures that you don't cut corners and remain involved in a project until its completion.

As Project Director in our Infrastructure division you will contribute to our mission everyday by playing a crucial role in the proper follow-up and execution of major integrated infrastructure projects,  each characterised by their specific context and often involving major works of art (tunnels, bridges,...). 

 

Your key responsabilities

 

  • Supervising the commercial trajectory of large projects in close consultation with the URBAN commercial team, taking into account the following aspects:
    •     identification and analysis of technical, financial and contractual risks
    •     validation of the technical content
    •     calculation of price and profitability
    •     drafting of agreements
  • The allocation and planning of staff to projects
  • Ensuring the overall management of the realisation of the projects in consultation with the project teams (contractual, financial, technical and management aspects)
  • Managing the project teams by indicating the objectives and guidelines to be taken into account during the execution of the projects (quality, cost, deadline)
  • Being the direct contact of the clients for the execution of the contracts, in particular: invoicing, payments, drafting of appendices and claims;
  • Updating and maintaining the data so that a state of affairs can be drawn up on a quarterly basis of
    • The total and yet to be realised income
    • The total and yet to be realised expenses
    • The profitability of the projects under your scope
  • The effective use of specialised knowledge
  • Contribute to the annual evaluation of the employees for whom you are responsible for functional management 
  • Draw up the project's safety plan and check its knowledge and application by the members of the project teams
  • Within your projects you will take into account all aspects of infrastructure projects, such as integration into the landscape, mobility, safety, sustainability, etc.

 

We would love to hear from people with 

  • A Master's degree in Engineering (civil or industrial) or equivalent through experience 
  • Proficiency in Dutch and a good professional knowledge of French and English 
  • Extensive technical experience in complex infrastructure projects with tunnels and bridges
  • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and can make them work together in an integrated way

  • You have been involved in all aspects and phases of projects: competition, design, studies, tendering, execution, management, etc 
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively with different stakeholders throughout the project.

Technicien  multitechnique CVC H/F en CDI

(Basé à Guyancourt)

 

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Equipe Exploitation vous êtes en charge de la conduite, la maintenance préventive, curative et corrective des installations CVC.

 

En tant que technicien multitechnique CVC vous aurez en charge un contrat sur site, dans le cadre de votre mission vous :

 

  • Assurer la maintenance preventive et curative des installations CVC
  • Assurer la maintenance preventive et corrective des installations électriques
  • Garantissez la bonne application des obligations contractuelles
  • Gérez la planification de maintenance pour votre client avec l’aide d’une GMAO

 

Vos atouts :

 

  • Formation : BAC à BAC +3
  • Expériences : 1 an sur un poste similaire
  • Compétences techniques attendues : Très bonne connaissances en électricité, CVC 
  • Information complémentaire : Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en horaires décalés sur une plage horaire de 7h à 19h00 et à réaliser des interventions le samedi.
