• Au sein de notre organisation Agile, vous faites partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire (Marketeers, Analystes, Ingénieurs Procédés,...), vous faite le « lien » entre les profils Business et les profils techniques
• En tant que Sr Analyste Fonctionnel(le) vous analysez et traduisez les exigences et les process en spécifications. Vous proposez des solutions end to end en équipe, qui répondent aux besoins des clients et qui sont rentables

JOUW UITDAGING als EPC Solar Project Manager (M/V/X):

Je coördineert alle aspecten van fotovoltaïsche projecten bij onze industriële klanten (met een capaciteit van > 1 MW), waarbij je zorgt voor tijdige levering, veiligheid en budgetconformiteit:

• Je onderhandelt, stelt contracten op en beheert deze met leveranciers en onderaannemers.

Tijdens de commerciële fase werk je samen met het projectontwikkelingsteam en help je bij de voorbereiding en presentatie van technische documenten voor de klant.

• Je bent een industrieel, burgerlijk of commercieel ingenieur met enkele jaren ervaring in het beheer van industriële projecten (ontwikkeling en/of uitvoering).

VOTRE DÉFI comme EPC Solar Project Manager (H/F/X)

Vous coordonnez tous les aspects des projets photovoltaïques chez nos clients industriels (de taille > 1 MW), en veillant à une livraison en temps voulu, en toute sécurité, et conforme au budget :

• Vous surveillez et coordonnez le travail des différents fournisseurs et partenaires externes sélectionnés pour chaque aspect du projet.
• Vous vérifiez la cohérence des solutions techniques du projet et suggérez des améliorations en vue de leur mise en œuvre.
• Vous gérez simultanément plusieurs projets et fournissez des rapports d'avancement réguliers.
• Vous négociez, rédigez et gérez les contrats avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
• Vous gérez les formalités administratives spécifiques à l'EPC, y compris la documentation, les assurances, la coordination de la sécurité et la communication avec les parties prenantes.

Vous collaborez, lors de la phase commerciale, avec l'équipe de développeurs de projets, en aidant à la préparation et à la présentation de documents techniques pour le client.

VOTRE PROFIL comme EPC Solar Project Manager (H/F/X)

• Vous êtes ingénieur industriel, civil ou commercial avec quelques années d’expériences dans la gestion de projets industriels (développement et/ou réalisation).
• Vous gérez la coordination de vos projets en toute autonomie, de la planification au suivi en passant par la gestion du budget, des contrats, des achats…
• Vous communiquez aisément tant en néerlandais qu’en français et appréciez collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs (partenaires, collègues, fournisseurs, clients ..)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as SAP Consultant Plaint Maintenance (M/F/X)

• Project Leadership: Run small projects, Incident management incl. resolving issues of third party application linked to the ERP’s in the scope of the COE SAP.
• Business Requirements Translation: Work closely with business stakeholders from our different entities to understand their requirements and translate them into robust SAP PM solutions.

The main activities of Biomass FINOPS Department are :

• Understand contractual terms of new agreements signed and verify data is correctly captured in various IT systems

• Verification of all newly signed commodity contracts & deal modifications:

Context:

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst supports the Compensation and Benefits team within the HR department of the Global Energy Management & Sales business unit. He/she plays a crucial role in supporting Comp & Ben initiatives and projects while ensuring the operational management of reward processes.

Role:

• Data Analysis and Production: Provide essential support to the C&B team in data production and analysis, particularly during the salary review process.

Context:

The RES Trading team is looking for a motivated individual who wants to become an integral part of a dynamic desk covering CWE countries for Renewables assets and Batteries. We are part of the largest player in this sector. The team is working closely with the origination/structuring team on short term as well as long term PPA. The team is also interacting strongly with other stakeholders such as Market Analysts, Quantitatives analysts, Operations and IS teams. The position of Trader Assistant is available in Brussels and will cover the following activities:

Role:

• Pricing
• Risk Management
• Booking
• Reporting
• PnL Analysis
• Process automation

Hard skills:

• Must have:
• Analytical and quantitative skills, combined with a hands-on approach,
• Strong understanding of information management tool, 
• The capability to code languages in Python, 
• A good understanding financial production (hedging, derivatives, options)

• Good to have:
• Knowledge on the Energy Markets
• A good understanding of accounting mechanisms (both industrial and trading), of market finance (hedging, derivatives, etc), of the power business and associated trading strategies are required
