JOUW UITDAGING als Filiaalverantwoordelijke

 

  • Management: Toezicht houden op de administratieve, logistieke, veiligheids- en technische aspecten van het filiaal (met betrekking tot de volgende technologieën: gas, olie, warmtepompen en in mindere mate pellets).
  • Strategisch beheer: Het filiaal beheren in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen en de filosofie van SENEC en de ENGIE-groep.
  • Business development: Nieuwe klanten aantrekken en het merk SENEC in de regio promoten.
  • People management: Geleidelijk aan een team samenstellen van technische profielen (onderhoud, reparaties, installaties) en administratieve profielen (planning, codering, bestellingen) volgens een welomschreven ontwikkelingsplan, met de steun van het hoofdkantoor (HR-afdeling) en het management.
  • Performantie-opvolging: Verzekeren van financiële resultaten, klanttevredenheid en naleving van kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Technische expertise: Je hebt een gedegen ervaring met verwarmings-, ventilatie- en airconditioningsystemen en elektriciteit. Kennis van collectieve verwarming, warmtepompen en pellets is een pluspunt.

  • You will conduct meetings to collect and analyze business requirements and user needs.
  • You will gather and analyze preliminary requirements that reflect the business strategy and short/long-term business objectives, providing detailed insights aligned with the IT architecture structured under Feasibility Study, RFI, RFP, and Tender Book comprehensive documentation.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or equivalent;
  • 5+ years Project Management working experience in the Information Technology area;
  • Project Management and MS Project Professional Courses (certification is an advantage);
  • Solid technical background, with understanding of the IT systems implementation and development processes (working experience with SAP Business Warehouse, SAP ERP or SAP IS-U projects is an advantage);

What you will do:

  • You will contribute to market prospecting by providing consultancy on energy networks as well as on optimal access to them, in the context of identifying new renewable energy projects.
  • You will manage the documentation necessary to obtain access to electrical networks for new development projects, from project initiation to the completion of the execution phase (COD), and, if necessary, you will attend the meetings with state authorities.
  • You will organize, under the guidance of the Grid Access Manager, the meetings and documents necessary for the development of each project.
  • You will continuously monitor the impact of the evolving economic, political, regulatory and technological context on investments and projects of TSO (Transmission System Operator)/ DSO (Distribution System Operator).
  • You will collaborate with DSO, TSO, and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle for connection/ access to the network: from the authorization and access stage to the construction completion stage.
  • You will manage the relationship with internal or external consultants on topics such as: solution analysis, planning and authorization of transformer stations, transformers, transfer stations, and aspects related to cable routes, technical evaluation, and preparation of the work register.
  • You will support the project team by analysing risks and defining the necessary preventive/ corrective actions for network access, in order to meet project deadlines.
  • You will obtain approvals from DSO and TSO for network access, in accordance with the company's strategy.
  • You will provide technical and commercial analyses regarding offers and contracts related to network connection works.
  • You will monitor the schedule and stages of the projects you manage.
  • You will support the procurement team during negotiations and tenders for network access services and works.
  • You will ensure periodic reporting/ presentations for monitoring and controlling activities related to access to electrical networks.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field: Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering;
  • Experience working with HV/MV power systems;
  • Good knowledge of regulatory framework;

¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Liderar y coordinar en terreno la ejecución de obras civiles y montajes según la ingeniería aprobada, asegurando que la construcción se realice conforme a los plazos establecidos y contribuyendo a la generación de ahorros en recursos económicos y tiempo de trabajo. Promover una cultura de trabajo participativa y de mejoramiento continuo, de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad, KPI's, gestión, políticas, procedimientos y presupuestos definidos.

Funciones:

  • Liderar y coordinar la ejecución de los trabajos civiles y montaje de los proyectos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de la ingeniería aprobada y las especificaciones contractuales.
  • Coordinar al equipo de supervisores, inspección técnica de las obras y equipo SSO, liderando las coordinaciones en sitio con los diferentes contratistas.
  • Revisar documentos de ingeniería, procedimientos y protocolos en la construcción para asegurar una correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de los hitos definidos.
  • Supervisar el programa de obras de los contratistas, identificando desviaciones y generando alertas o acciones correctivas.
  • Revisar los protocolos y procedimientos de trabajo, velando por el cumplimiento normativo, especialmente en aspectos de salud, seguridad y medioambiente.
  • Elaborar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de las actividades realizadas, proporcionando información para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, o especialidad afín, o equivalente por experiencia.
  • Conocimiento en obras civiles y montaje de equipos en proyectos industriales.
  • Conocimientos sobre metodología HSE, control de documentos, costos, programación y permisos en tecnología de generación y transmisión.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, Project y Outlook).
  • Conocimiento de normas técnicas, seguridad y medio ambiente, y legislación laboral.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares en proyectos de generación del sector eléctrico, subestaciones eléctricas y líneas de transmisión de alta tensión.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos renovables y generación compuesta de planta.
  • Inglés básico, deseable intermedio para revisión de documentación técnica.

Misión del puesto: Se centra en la ejecución experta del desarrollo de soluciones de digitalización que resuelvan problemas y que transformen las actividades del negocio en unas más eficientes, confiables y resilientes.

 

Tu impacto:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar, probar e implementar soluciones de digitalización para toda la GBU de Renovables & Flex Power México, principalmente en base a MS Power Platform (low code) e implementando con código tradicional conforme las necesidades. Creando interfaces intuitivas y atractivas que aseguren que los usuarios tengan una experiencia fluida y eficiente.
  • Implementar lógica de negocios personalizada y mejoras de Power Apps dentro de las aplicaciones y flujos de trabajo de Power Platform. Utilizando Power Automate y Power Fx para crear reglas y fórmulas complejas que mejoren las aplicaciones existentes, automaticen y optimicen los procesos del negocio.
  • Extender el ecosistema de MS Power Platform e integrarlo con otros sistemas empresariales utilizando conectores, APIs y código. Siempre siguiendo las prácticas y estándares establecidos por la Gestión de Seguridad de la Información y Ciberseguridad.
  • Probar y solucionar problemas de aplicación de los componentes de Power Platform utilizando técnicas de depuración y pruebas exhaustivas para identificar errores en el código, configuración o integraciones con otros sistemas. Realizar la documentación técnica necesaria para el mantenimiento y extensión de las soluciones desarrolladas.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Ciencias de la computación, Ingeniería en sistemas computaciones, Ingeniería en tecnologías de la información, Ingeniería de software, Tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) o carrera afín.
  • Certificaciones Obligatorias: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Sólido conocimiento de los servicios de Power Platform, sus capacidades y limitaciones: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
  • Conocimiento aplicado de las prácticas de autenticación, seguridad y administración del ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones (ALM).
  • Conocimiento aplicado sobre las herramientas del flujo de trabajo para desarrolladores.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo que incluya servicios de JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, API web RESTful, Visual StudioCode y Microsoft Azure.
  • Conocimiento de al menos una herramienta de programación complementaria (Python, R) para el análisis de datos y automatización de flujos de trabajo
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en una posición similar
  • Inglés intermedio. Nivel técnico.

Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to manage projects with regional IT teams and IT global organization. This position is key to managing technical and organizational transformation projects within the region. Within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cy-bersecurity division, the Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X) is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects related to telecom, network and securi-ty.

Requirements:

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Planning and Project Management: Define the objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets of telecom, network and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and monitor projects until completion. 
  • Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
  • Change Management: Define the change organization and planning with the various stakeholders, whether for implementation or validation (i.e. functional tests with the business units). Ensure compliance with the change management process and present the changes in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for successful production deployment.
  • Integration Management: lead technical changes, potentially during off-hours, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with other Local & regional teams, as well as with global teams (Project Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer, etc.).
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Technology Watch: Stay informed of the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience in managing telecom, network and cybersecurity projects in an "Agile" environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Qualifications in Agile, Prince2 or any other project management methodology.
  • Advanced English
