  • •  Allow you live access to the ENGIE 2024 General Meeting broadcasting platform on the engie.com website;
  • •  Produce statistics in order to monitor connections;
  • •  Collect your questions in the context of ENGIE’s 2024 General Meeting.

The data used for this processing, more specifically your surname, first name, email address (business or personal) and shareholder status, are collected for the use of this website.

Your data are retained by ENGIE SA and Notified - DMI Digital Media Innovations France SAS for 3 months, starting from the end date of the event, so until the 30/07/2024 (inclusive), with the sole exception of written questions which can be read out during the General Meeting, broadcast live, and accessible in a recorded broadcast for 2 years following the event. Your data are reserved for the use of the ENGIE SA department in charge of the organisation of the 2024 General Meeting and Notified - DMI Digital Media Innovations France SAS exclusively for the specific purposes described above.
 
In accordance with applicable legislation, you may request to access, rectify or erase your data. You also have the right to object to and restrict the processing of your data.
