On March 24, 2026, ENGIE will participate in the 4th edition of the Inclusive Procurement Forum at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris. The event will bring together companies from the Collective for a more inclusive economy (FR), which together employ 1.5 million people in France, along with around fifty inclusive suppliers.
Our inclusive procurement policy enables people who are far from the job market to return to work. We partner with companies in the disability employment sector and with work-integration social enterprises, which support a wide range of profiles: young people who have dropped out of school, the long-term unemployed, seniors who have been out of work for a long time, or individuals who have experienced major life disruptions (such as people leaving prison, refugees, or asylum seekers).
In France, ENGIE works with inclusive companies for services such as call centers, catering, signage printing, and green space maintenance. ENGIE had set a goal to increase its spending on inclusive procurement in France by 30% between 2022 and 2025. This target has already been exceeded. The roadmap for the 2026–2030 period will be defined during the Inclusive Procurement Forum.
