On Thursday October 1, the #UnisPourLeLiban charity concert will be held at the Olympia concert hall in Paris in support of the country shaken by the explosion of August 4.
Hosted by Nagui and Léa Salamé, the charity event will be broadcast live from 9.05 p.m. on the France 2 TV channel, and France Inter radio, and live-streamed on francetvinfo.fr. Under the artistic direction of the Franco-Lebanese jazz trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, dozens of French and international artists will unite to help raise money for the people of Lebanon: Sting, Yannick Noah, Vianney, Mika, Matthieu Chedid, Pascal Obispo, Tryo, Bernard Lavilliers, and more.
The event will be rebroadcast on TV5 Monde on October 2nd from 8:55 pm.
All the money raised by this unique event will be donated to the Lebanese Red Cross, to aid people in urgent need and help rebuild the city of Beirut.
