Busca incorporar un/a supervisor/a de equipo de mantenimiento de Plantas Hidroeléctricas en la zona de Logroño.

 

Funciones principales:

 

  • Colaboran con el Jefe de Plantas de su zona en la organización, dirección y asistencia técnica del trabajo
  • En caso de ausencia del Jefe de Plantas se responsabilizan de todas las instalaciones asumiendo la organización y dirección del trabajo.
  • Se responsabilizan y dirigen cualquier tipo de desmontaje y montaje de equipos.
  • Tienen plenos conocimientos eléctricos, mecánicos así como de automatismos. Poseen igualmente, conocimientos de informática a nivel de usuario.
  • Realizan trabajos de explotación y mantenimiento diario y extraordinario en todas las Plantas de su Zona.
  • Tienen plenos conocimientos de los procedimientos de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, así como de los procedimientos técnicos que la empresa vaya desarrollando.
  • Dirigir descargos en instalaciones de Alta Tensión.
  • Controlar y colaborar con las empresas subcontratadas en la realización de los trabajos. Dichas empresas deben estar debidamente autorizadas y con el conocimiento expreso de su supervisor,
  • Facilitar el acceso y colaborar con las administraciones y terceros que así lo soliciten, con el conocimiento y autorización expresa de su supervisor

 

Requisitos:

 

Formación a nivel de Ingeniería Técnica

 

Formación complementaria

 

- PRL básico 60 hrs

- Usuario en paquete office.

 

Se requiere de experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar.

  • Se responsabilizan de las Instalaciones en caso de ausencia del Jefe de Plantas o del Nivel B, pudiendo tomar decisiones que no afecten a la seguridad de los equipos.

  • Pueden dirigir el desmontaje y montaje de cualquier tipo de máquina.
  • A este nivel podrán acceder aquellos operarios de Nivel D, que aun no teniendo plenos conocimientos eléctricos, sean verdaderos especialistas en algunas áreas que crea conveniente la empresa.
  • Controlar y colaborar con las empresas subcontratadas en la realización de los trabajos. Dichas empresas deben estar debidamente autorizadas y con el conocimiento expreso de su supervisor,

Our project is to build six utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects across the centre of Ireland. The projects are located in Kilkenny, Limerick, Galway and Offaly. They are currently under development with secured grid connection and planning and were successful in securing support through the Renewable Energy Support Scheme (RESS3). In addition to these six sites ENGIE have a pipeline of development projects in Ireland.

 

About the role

ENGIE are recruiting for a Project Manager – Onshore wind and Industial solar PV based in the UK, with travel across the UK, particularly around Northern Ireland and Ireland.
This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Production of detailed project budget, alongside the business development lead

  • Development, tendering and negotiation of Construction contracts (EPC,FIDIC etc), alongside the business development lead

  • Develop, control and manage the project schedule and ensuring all assigned projects and tasks are completed their scope, on time and budget

  • Manage the relationship with the Principal contractor and with other key stakeholders (DNO, Owner’s Engineer, Landowner, Local Council, Optimiser)

  • Liaise with EPC site manager , Engie site staff and Owners Engieer staff , track construction progress, conduct site visits, and prepare progress reports

  • Perform risk assessments and proactively solve any technical or commercial issues identified

  • Ensure that ENGIE’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards are delivered

  • Ensure availability and allocation of resources

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Significant experience in project management of electricity related construction projects

  • Experience in UK/Ireland for onshore wind and Solar PV projects is an advantage

  • Experience with EPC/FIDIC procurement processes and resolution of ongoing contractual issues

  • Capable of performing in a high workload, short deadline environment and delivering the expected business outcome

  • University Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering / Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince II, MBA) is an advantage

  • Detailed understanding of project management for electricity related construction projects

  • Understanding of EPC,FIDIC (or equivalent) structures and tendering processes

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 with advanced knowledge of power-point, excel, MS Project and Sharepoint

  • Understanding of Operational and maintenance requirements of onshore wind and solar PV systems and equipment

  • An accredited Professional Health and Safety qualification is essential.
  • A recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification is desirable.

Mission

 

Collaborate actively in the development of engineering designs in the different phases: pre-design, basic engineering design and executive project of the Solar PV and Wind Plants among the different geographies in coordination with local and corporate teams assuring the most optimized designs and the inclusion of all technical specifications in their most upgrade version in order to guarantee technical suitability and technical and economic efficiency.

 

Functions

 

•Overall he/she shall be the responsible for coordinate de engineering team in the designing, evaluating and optimizing design/s of the PV plants and MV/HV/Substations under analysis and construction.

 

•In the preparation phase he/she shall be responsible to coordinate with the PV/ Wind Plant design and prepare different optimized scenarios of plant design, generation, evacuation lines and interconnection with the utility that would maximize its value along the complete lifecycle. He/she, in coordination with the Project Manager responsible for the project, shall support the BD team with all technical aspects of the deal which require his/her input.

 

•He/she shall be the responsible to prepare and lead technical conversations in relation of the plant design and interconnection part of the plants with support engineering firms, technical DD advisors, local utilities…etc.

 

•He/she shall be responsible with his/her team to analyse from the technical side all new and current upgraded equipment in the market in order to achieve the best results on the plants acquired and built. Together with the PM in charge and supply change management shall provide the technical inputs needed to prepare tender specifications and evaluations in tendering processes for the procurement of equipment, BOS and EPC services specially focused in the substation and MV/HV lines of the evacuation line from the plan to the point of connection.

 

•During the execution, he/she, shall be responsible to analyse possible deviations from the intended design or technical specifications and to provide feedback and alternative viable solutions.

 

•Support PM in all technical matter when negotiating EPC contracts for subcontracting contracts

 

•Support PM in all technical matters when negotiating engineering contracts.

 

•Actively support PM in all technical deviation analysis during project execution

 

•Support PM in the control to engineering firms and tech advisors in a daily basis to achieve projects completion and commissioning on time and budget within the quality and safety highest standards.

 

•Be the focal point of all technical related matters including long term programs for improvement of the plants.

 

•Provide feedback to all other functions and create when adequate, technical instructional datasheets and brochures in order to have all organization informed of the current and future status of the plants in terms of engineering and design.

 

Minimum requirements

 

•Studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.

 

•At least five years of experience as Engineering Manager.

 

•Demonstrated experience in photovoltaic and wind power plant design.

 

•Fluent level of English to enable negotiation.

Au sein de l’équipe maintenance internalisée de ESTREES-DENIECOURT (80), vous réalisez la maintenance préventive et curative des parc éoliens et des réseaux, conformément à la planification établie. Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des équipements et des machines, dans un souci d’optimisation de la disponibilité des installations.

 

Votre job :  

Réaliser des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective :

  • en préparant et organisant les interventions ;
  • en réalisant le contrôle des interventions programmées dans le respect des modes opératoires définis ;
  • en suivant les procédures, les modes opératoires de contrôle, visites, inspections sur l’éolienne en intégrant la sécurité ;
  • en identifiant et diagnostiquant des dysfonctionnements ou des pannes et en définissant des actions correctives.

 

Assurer la gestion des stocks :

  • en faisant l’inventaire des pièces de rechange et de l’outillage ;
  • en définissant et anticipant les besoins en pièces de rechange et outillage ;
  • en faisant l’inventaire des véhicules et le suivi kilométrique.

 

Capitaliser l’information, communiquer avec les autres techniciens et proposer des améliorations :

  • en réalisant des comptes-rendus des interventions préventives et curatifs dans les outils (GMAO, applications, fichiers de suivis)

Vous serez amené à travailler sur le terrain, en hauteur et nécessairement en binôme. Des déplacements quotidiens, ainsi que des déplacements à la semaine sont à prévoir sur les parcs éoliens.

Ce qui nous plaira le plus chez vous :

Dans votre bagage, on aimerait trouver une formation de niveau BAC+2 type BTS/DUT/Licence en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique ou d’expérience équivalente, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience de 2 à 3 ans en tant que technicien·ne de maintenance qui vous a amené à procéder à des diagnostics et dépannages électrotechniques. Une formation BZEE est un atout.

Vous êtes en bonne condition physique et êtes formé·e aux travaux électriques et si possible aux travaux en hauteur. Vous avez une capacité à travailler de manière autonome en suivant des standards professionnels exigeants, orientés sur la sécurité et la qualité.

Nombreux déplacements sur site à prévoir (permis B indispensable).

La maitrise de l’anglais technique est requis.
