As a Data Analyst / Performance Analyst you will be responsible for the creation of software-based performance analyses in the field of renewable energies. In addition, you will develop reports based on operating data from renewable generation plants and comment on them using Python, Power BI or similar performance analysis tools.

You can choose to be based in Berlin or Bremen.

  • Acting as an expert for the country organization Germany with regard to operational data analysis 
  • Developing software adaptations for the automated provision of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Group-wide reporting
  • Processing data requests from the Group, assessing data analyses and reconciling the results within the Group
  • Coordination of data exchange and data provision as well as collaboration on Group-wide guidelines for data exchange, evaluations and dashboards
  • Supporting and collaborating with our internal departments in defining the provision of measurement data from renewable generation projects
  • Developing recipient-oriented dashboards and providing them on time
  • Special / ad hoc evaluations as required

 

 


Your profile - what you should bring to the table:

 

  • Completed studies in computer science, IT, renewable energies or a similar field
  • Professional experience in the IT sector with an interest in the renewable energy sector or professional experience in the renewable energy sector with an affinity for computer science / IT
  • Knowledge of Python, the Microsoft BI environment (Power BI and Azure) and MS Office packages
  • Experience in using operational management software such as Rotorsoft or PV-Scada desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level)

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez : 

 

✔ Phase 1 - Etat des lieux :

 • Recensement des équipements et infrastructures par usine (électrique, mécanique, génie civil) et état de santé des équipements

 • Revue et analyse des opérations de maintenance en place (N1 et N2)

 • Analyse des éléments de suivi de maintenance (outil interne SMAP)

 

 ✔Phase 2 - Proposition d’amélioration : • Identification des équipements stratégiques • Refonte des opérations de maintenance N1 et N2 • Implémentation sous SMAP ✔Phase 3 - Déploiement : • Déploiement auprès des équipes de maintenance • Suivi sous SMAP et REX.

SMAP permet de piloter la maintenance du parc de 14 centrales hydroélectriques. SMAP est le lien entre les automates industriels et la maintenance opérationnelle. SMAP permet de détecter les anomalies et permet de décider d'intervenir avant la panne.

About Engie

Our project is to build six utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects across the centre of Ireland. The projects are located in Kilkenny, Limerick, Galway and Offaly. They are currently under development with secured grid connection and planning and were successful in securing support through the Renewable Energy Support Scheme (RESS3). In addition to these six sites ENGIE have a pipeline of development projects in Ireland.

 

About the role

ENGIE are recruiting for a Health & Safety Supervisor based in Ireland - Site oriented. This is a Fixed Term Contract role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • ENGIE's representative on the construction site on HSE issues, coordinating activities on health, environment, and safety issues 
  • Provide support to construction teams on all aspects Health and Safety performance and management. 

  • Verify that the contracting companies observe and apply the indications contained in the project safety plan; this includes preparing and keeping up to date of the site safety induction for all contractors and visitors 

  • Ensures that companies on site and all contractors and sub-contractors are compliant with HSE rules imposed by Law and ENGIE requirements, and constantly communicates with the H&S roles within the ENGIE organization and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) 

  • Collaborates with the PSCS to check the suitability of each company's safety plans and its scrupulous application on site. 

  • Supports the PSCS in adapting the project safety plan in relation to the evolution of the works and any changes discussed on site with the aim of improving the work 

  • Promotes risk analysis (including last minute risk assessment) for each new activity or process and for each process that must be adapted from what was planned 

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Experience of carrying out a Health and Safety role ideally in the process and/or construction industry 

  • Experience of implementing the requirements of regulations equivalent to UK CDM Regulations in Republic of Ireland  

  • An accredited Professional Health and Safety qualification is essential. 

  • A recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification is desirable. 

  • Experience holding the PSDP role (desirable) 

  • Experience of Health and Safety auditing 

  • A good working knowledge of Republic of Ireland Health and Safety legislation, principles and practice 

  • Knowledge of environmental regulations regarding waste management; 

  • Construction site experience carried out in the renewable energy sector

Junior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual work related to preparing modernization plans for existing facilities, focusing on technical solutions and initial cost estimation of such solutions.

We are looking for:

  • Higher education in electrical engineering or related field,
  • SEP E and D qualifications,
  • Knowledge of construction and operation principles of LV/MV/HV electrical equipment,
  • Over to 3 years of experience in a similar position in energy, mining, industrial, or construction environments: preferably in the wind energy, photovoltaic, renewable energy, construction, or conventional energy sectors,
  • Ability to read electrical schematics,
  • Construction qualifications in design and execution are desirable,
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
