The Landscape Engineer ensures service quality, sustainability, and compliance with KPIs through active planning, supervision, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily landscape and irrigation operations, ensuring contractor compliance and adherence to standards.
- Supervise maintenance of softscape elements including turf areas, ground covers, palms, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Monitor and optimize irrigation systems (manual and automated), including mainlines, laterals, emitters, solenoid valves, and controllers.
- Conduct inspections to assess plant health, pest/disease conditions, water adequacy, and system performance.
- Review seasonal planting schedules, soil conditioning plans, and pest control activities.
- Coordinate with contractors on irrigation flushing, pressure testing, valve repair, filter cleaning, and pump performance.
- Maintain asset inventory, irrigation zoning maps, and ensure updates are reflected in CAFM.

- Participate in landscape improvement projects, including scope definition, design review, and execution monitoring.

Health, Safety & Quality:

- Enforce HSE practices including PPE, work permits, and safe use of machinery (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.).
- Conduct toolbox talks and field safety checks.
- Ensure irrigation technicians and gardeners are trained and certified in relevant safety and horticultural procedures.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation system hydraulics, and water conservation.
- Familiarity with seasonal plant selection and pest management.
- Understanding of landscaping tools, automated controllers, and plant health indicators.
