Your mission 

As a Power Systems Consultant in our Energy Consultancy team at Tractebel, you contribute to the development of large-scale energy projects, delivering innovative and efficient engineering solutions. Your key responsibilities

Intégré(e) à l’agence de Dunkerque,  directement rattaché(e) au Responsable d’agence, vous avez pour mission générale la mise en service, le raccordement ou le remplacement d’appareils de production d’eau chaude, sanitaire ou de chauffage tout en apportant à vos clients une véritable expertise et des solutions adaptées en matière d’économies d’énergie et de confort à domicile.

Pour assurer votre mission voici vos principales activités :

Your mission   

As a Hardware Qualification Engineer, you will contribute to the operation and lifetime extension of nuclear power plants by ensuring the qualification of critical instrumentation equipment. You will play a key role in identifying obsolete components, evaluating alternatives, and ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards.

Your key responsibilities  

• Support utilities in identifying obsolete components through supplier contacts, stock analysis, etc.
• Manage communication with suppliers to evaluate alternative solutions.
• Research substitute products and validate design changes for nuclear safety.
• Draft technical specifications and purchasing requisition files.
• Follow up on factory acceptance tests and review manufacturer records.
• Oversee the hardware qualification process for instrumentation equipment.
• Develop qualification programs and justifications based on current standards.
• Select and coordinate with test laboratories.
• Supervise qualification tests and analyze results.
• Present and defend hardware qualification before the Client and Belgian Nuclear Safety Authority.

Vos missions :

Intégré.e à l’agence de Mulhouse, comptant 28 collaborateurs dont 20 techniciens itinérants et directement rattaché.e au Responsable d’agence, vous avez pour mission générale d’apporter à nos clients individuels et collectifs une véritable expertise technique en assurant les entretiens et les dépannages de leurs installations tout en garantissant la sécurité des appareils et des personnes.

Pour assurer votre mission voici vos principales activités :

• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et le dépannage des appareils de pompe à chaleur et climatisation (contrôler le bon fonctionnement de l’installation, remplacement de pièce, diagnostique de panne et mise en œuvre des actions correctives appropriées) dans le plus grand respect des engagements contractuels et des règles relatives à la sécurité des biens et des personnes.
• Prodiguer des conseils auprès de la clientèle sur l’optimisation de leur appareil
• Proposer et promouvoir de nouvelles solutions de contrats d'entretien adaptées au besoin du client
• Réaliser des devis et effectuer la remontée des interventions et de dysfonctionnements par les outils dédiés

Des permanences et des astreintes sont à prévoir sur ce poste.

Profil recherché ?

• Vous êtes issu.e d’une formation technique
• Vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de plus de 2 ans dans la maintenance d’appareils de climatisation et de production d’eau chaude
• Vous savez lire et interpréter des schémas électriques, hydrauliques et aérauliques
• Vous êtes doté.e d’un bon relationnel et d’un fort sens de la relation client
• Vous êtes titulaire du permis B – Indispensable pour le poste

Your mission

As Project Director in our Infrastructure division you will contribute to our mission everyday by playing a crucial role in the proper follow-up and execution of major integrated infrastructure projects,  each characterised by their specific context and often involving major works of art (tunnels, bridges,...). 

Your key responsabilities

• Supervising the commercial trajectory of large projects in close consultation with the URBAN commercial team, taking into account the following aspects:
  •     identification and analysis of technical, financial and contractual risks
  •     validation of the technical content
  •     calculation of price and profitability
  •     drafting of agreements
• The allocation and planning of staff to projects
• Ensuring the overall management of the realisation of the projects in consultation with the project teams (contractual, financial, technical and management aspects)
• Managing the project teams by indicating the objectives and guidelines to be taken into account during the execution of the projects (quality, cost, deadline)
• Being the direct contact of the clients for the execution of the contracts, in particular: invoicing, payments, drafting of appendices and claims;
• Updating and maintaining the data so that a state of affairs can be drawn up on a quarterly basis of
  • The total and yet to be realised income
  • The total and yet to be realised expenses
  • The profitability of the projects under your scope
• The effective use of specialised knowledge
• Contribute to the annual evaluation of the employees for whom you are responsible for functional management 
• Draw up the project's safety plan and check its knowledge and application by the members of the project teams
• Within your projects you will take into account all aspects of infrastructure projects, such as integration into the landscape, mobility, safety, sustainability, etc.

un.e Technicien.ne de Maintenance Chaudière GAZ en CDI

• Vous apportez au client une véritable expertise technique en assurant les entretiens et les dépannages de leurs installations tout en garantissant la sécurité des appareils et des personnes ;

• Vous apportez des conseils en amélioration et économie d’énergie en proposant des nouveaux produits innovants et des contrats d’entretien. 

• Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine
• Vous bénéficiez de primes commerciales pour chaque vente effectuée
• Vous bénéficiez d’un 13^e mois mensualisable, de primes d’intéressement et de participation ainsi que d’une mutuelle attractive
• Vous bénéficiez de 17 JRTT que vous pouvez monétiser ainsi que de jours de congés supplémentaires selon votre ancienneté
• Ce poste nécessite d'effectuer des déplacements. Un véhicule sera mis à votre disposition
