Context :

Under the authority of the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will work within the HR Expertise Center of GEMS unit both in Paris and Brussels, with occasional travels oustide Brussels and Paris.       

You will be in charge of Comp and Ben initiatives and projects while ensuring the operational management of the reward processes and practices contributing to attract, retain and motivate high-quality employees while enhancing GEMS as the best place to work.

 

Your role :

As part of our team, you will play a central role in the HR Expertise Center of GEMS unit. You will be involved in various missions :

  • Ensure compliance of the BU's C&B practices with the initiatives launched by the Engie Group, the GEMS BU strategy and applicable local legislation and regulations (banking regulatory standards and requirements as CRDIV / IFR, IFD…),
  • Ensure the hands-on management of C&B processes and programs such as annual salary review, management of deferred compensation, LTI's and employee share ownership, international mobility...,
  • Ensure active participation in annual salary surveys and analyze competitive trends in the markets to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits in order to make most valued recommendations,
  • Budgetary control of salary costs and provisions (Bonus pool, standard costs, Expats...) in collaboration with Management Control and the Tax Department (Transfer Pricing),
  • Prepare statistical analyses and reports for the various stakeholders Compliance department, Compensation Committee, Management Committee, Finance department, HR group… and deploys communication strategies and success metrics to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals,
  • Contribute to the design of C&B policies and processes as well as their proper communication in order to contribute to their dissemination and understanding among managers & employees,
  • Provide advice to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on best practices and policies C&B and support the Talent team in the context of complex package offers (International mobility), job analysis, roles evaluations and positions classifications,
  • Participate in transversal C&B projects (IT tool for digitization, benchmarks centralization with the other countries, gender pay gap, etc.) and other possible HR missions.

 

You will also use both internal and external interfaces :

 

  • Internal interfaces : HR Community (Engie Group, other BUs), GEMS teams: Audit, Finance, Accounting, Compliance & Legal, Shared Services Centers...
  • External interfaces : Internal and external payroll providers, Tax & Legal advisors, Compensation & Benefits providers (Hay, WTW,...), Insurers (Contassur)…

 

Hard skills :

  • Ability to evolve within a complex and changing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of fixed and variable compensation mechanisms including deferred compensation systems and financial instruments
  • Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The HR Manager (Talent Management & OD) is responsible for the organizational development, talent management, culture, learning, recruitment and engagement & retention activities at country level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent and Performance Management

  • Develop and manage a talent and performance management framework.
  • Design an integrated process to ensure the effective management of development programs.
  • Provide systems and processes to business to conduct performance reviews, compile individual development plans and performance agreements.
  • Manage the identification and implementation of succession plans.
  • Analysis, reporting, monitoring and interpretation of data.

People Position Review (PPR)

  • Management of preferred providers.

Job Design

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey) to ensure consistency of approach, quality of data, timely delivery and adherence to Group guidelines.
  • Work closely with the business leaders to drive cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Working closely with the business to develop clear resourcing plans and work with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development functions to ensure the needs of the business are met.

 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role in a fast paced, high-growth environment, supporting multiple stakeholder groups

  • Experience in energy or related industry is highly desirable

Directeur(trice) des Ressources Humaines (H/F)

 

Rattaché(e) au CEO et membre du Comité de Direction (CoDir), vous êtes responsable de la déclinaison de la stratégie de CertiNergy & Solutions en matière de politique Ressources Humaines.

À l’intérieur du cadre de la politique RH du Groupe ENGIE pour laquelle vous êtes le premier relai, vous orientez et conseillez le CoDir quant à la déclinaison locale de cette politique et avec son appui, vous définissez les orientations stratégiques et opérationnelles, vous les pilotez et en mesurez l’efficacité.

 

Vous êtes identifié(e) par la filière RH du Groupe en tant que représentant(e) privilégié(e) et assurez le transfert d’information dans les deux sens tout en vous appuyant sur l’équipe RH en place. Vous gérez en direct les grands projets et les dossiers RH les plus complexes pour lesquels vous anticipez les impacts humains et sociaux associés.

 

L’un des enjeux de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de CertiNergy & Solutions est d’assurer efficacement l’intégration dans le Groupe tout en étant au service de la société, en veillant à préserver son histoire et son identité culturelle, et en favorisant notamment un environnement de travail sain et productif pour l’ensemble des salariés.

 

Dans ce contexte, vos missions principales portent sur les aspects suivants :

 

  • Piloter l’exécution de la stratégie RH alignée sur les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise, et particulièrement 
    • La  stratégie marque employeur en collaboration avec l’équipe Communication,
    • La stratégie de gestion des talents et des compétences
    • La stratégie de digitalisation RH.

 

  • Superviser (encadrement, organisation et animation) l’équipe RH composée de 3-4 personnes couvrant l’ensemble des missions RH : recrutement, développement, formation, rémunération, administration du personnel, relations sociales, paie, droit social, veiller à la mise en œuvre des directives et procédures encadrant la gestion de nos effectifs.
  • Gérer en direct les grands programmes et traiter les thématiques confidentielles de l’élaboration à la mise en œuvre des stratégies RH associées.

 

En coordination et en vous appuyant sur l’équipe RH en place :

 

  • Piloter les données sociales destinées au CoDir et au Groupe basées sur des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs et en poursuivant activement leur développement ; assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des outils dédiés.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets RH dans le respect des consignes et dans les délais impartis.
  • Animer le dialogue social : gestion des relations avec les instances représentatives du personnel et des négociations collectives et individuelles et assurer la conformité à la réglementation du travail.
  • À titre accessoire, piloter les sujets relatifs aux moyens généraux.

Compétences requises

 

  • Formation Bac+4/5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines,
  • Expérience significative de 10-15 ans minimum dans des fonctions RH idéalement acquise dans une structure type PME services et dans un environnement multisite.
  • Généraliste du métier RH et avez touché aux différents domaines
  • Expérience d’encadrement d’équipes et/ou responsabilités équivalentes au sein d’un comité de direction.

 

En tant qu’incarnation du métier RH au sein du CoDir et représentant de la filière RH, vous :

  • disposez d’un leadership reconnu,
  • avez l’esprit synthétique 
  • êtes doté(e) de réelles capacités à convaincre et à argumenter
  • êtes force de proposition.

 

Véritable acteur(trice) du changement, vous avez démontré votre résilience et votre capacité à accompagner les évolutions organisationnelles d’une entreprise tout en anticipant ses besoins, ses risques et ses impacts et à prendre des décisions éclairées. Vous êtes en capacité d’alterner aisément « stratégie » (réflexion, analyse, proposition) et « delivery opérationnel » (exécution, rapidité, sens du détail).

Job Description

 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA who’s main role will be focused on attracting the best talents for the ENGIE Impact teams in Europe. You will join our HR team based in Brussels. You will act as a business partner with the hiring managers to guide and drive the recruitment strategy, according to the business needs. As part of this TA role, you will have an end to end responsibility from intake, over sourcing and selection to onboarding. Next to that TA role, you will also be able to support our Senior Manager Talent and DEI that will be based in Paris by ensuring the implementation of the training offering for our European employees.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • You manage and implement the talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the rest of the HR team and the managers.
  • Together with the HR Business Partners, you have regular talks with the hiring managers to understand, challenge and update the recruitment needs.
  • You manage and implement a strong sourcing strategy to secure the best candidate’s sources and target outstanding profiles. As part of that role, in order to support our diversity, you will ensure that the sourcing funnel meets the Engie Groups’ and Engie Impact’s DEI objectives and strategy at every stage of the TA process.
  • You manage the recruitment process from A to Z: sourcing, interviews, tests/business cases, contact with candidates, selection, offer.
  • You represent ENGIE Impact’s values and ensure an optimal communication with candidates and other external actors.
  • You participate to the improvement of HR processes related to recruitment & onboarding.
  • You remain well informed of evolutions in the Compensation & Benefits policy to ensure a perfect information to the candidates and people recently hired.
  • You report on the recruitment funnel and be able to advise the management and the HR Business Partners on sourcing risks and mitigation strategies.
  • As part of your role as HR Generalist, you work together with the other HR Generalists and ensure business continuity of our service offering. In that role, you will be solicited to support the team for contracting and onboarding.
  • You plan, prepare and organize training sessions for the employees according to the talent development plan. As part of this role, you will if needed, book employees on training sessions according to the talent development plan.
  • You monitor and follow-up the status of mandatory trainings and ensure the necessary communications around the available training and development programs.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ full life cycle recruiting experience, staffing highly complex roles.
  • Experience placing candidates in a variety of positions ideally in technical and consulting fields.
  • Experience in HR Generalist topics (payroll, contracting, onboarding) is a plus.
  • Experience in Talent Management and DEI is a plus.

 

Skills/Abilities

  • You are eager to learn ENGIE Impact’s core activities to understand the business and the needs perfectly. You have a strong business acumen.
  • You are a hands-on person not afraid of operational tasks.
  • You have the ability to accomplish tasks with a high degree of flexibility and good judgment.
  • You are a strong team player, comfortable with doing tasks and supporting the team outside your comfort zone.
  • You have the ability to manage internal client relationships and expectations; you have excellent consulting and selling skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to apply good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch. Working in an international environment, English proficiency is a must
