Coordinador de Asuntos Sociales – Ancash

(Contrato temporal)

 

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Ejecutar el Plan de Gestión Social y Relaciones Comunitarias de la empresa para las comunidades de la zona de influencia del proyecto.
  • Elaborar el mapa y caracterización social de stakeholders de la zona de influencia del proyecto a efectos de identificar y prevenir potenciales conflictos sociales.
  • Gestionar eficientemente la inversión social y el relacionamiento con las comunidades, líderes locales y actores clave identificados en la zona de influencia del proyecto.
  • Cumplir con las directrices, instructivos, políticas, procedimientos, reglamentos y toda normativa interna establecida por la empresa para el eficiente y eficaz desempeño de sus funciones.
  • Gestionar eficientemente los riesgos y/o conflictos sociales que surjan durante el desarrollo del proyecto (Análisis adecuado, valoración, mitigación o eliminación, seguimiento, evaluación, reportes mensuales y alertas tempranas).

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Formación profesional en Sociología, Antropología, Derecho, Ciencias de la Comunicación, Administración y profesiones afines.
  • Experiencia de trabajo en zonas rurales, con énfasis en comunidades campesinas.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de riesgos, conflictos o crisis sociales.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de proyectos de inversión social.
  • Manejo de entorno Windows y office.

 

·         Deseables: 

  • Conocimiento del idioma quechua.
  • Experiencia en planeamiento y monitoreo de proyectos de desarrollo e inversión social.
  • Experiencia de trabajo en gestión social en zonas rurales con comunidades campesinas, productores agrícolas y/o pecuarios

Supervisor SSO – Ancash

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Supervisar las actividades laborales del contratista y personal propio desde ámbito de SSO
  • Dictado de Inducciones SSO, despliegue de capacitaciones enbase al programa One Safety a contratistas y personal propio
  • Evalúa los riesgos identificados, así como las medidas de mitigación y control.
  • Realizar controles periódicos de SSO a través de inspecciones, auditorías, objetivos SSO.
  • Preparar los reporte SSO de su guardia.
  • Dar soporte a las labores de medio ambiente al coordinador/supervisorSOMA

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Ingeniero colegiado y habilitado

What You Can Expect

As the Manager of Transaction and Contract Management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of analysts. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and compliance of commercial contracts while managing the end-to-end process of enrolling new accounts into the utility market and maintaining their ongoing status. This includes supervising the validation of contract details to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal operational standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of industry regulations and market dynamics. This position is based in Houston, TX and reports directly to the Transaction Manager.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • You have a minimum of seven (7) years of leadership and professional business experience, including at least five (5) years in the Retail Energy industry and three (3) years in utility transaction management
  • You have strong working knowledge of ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and ISO-NE transaction and settlement protocols
  • You are knowledgeable in leading successful transformation programs in complex businesses and adapting organizational structures
  • You are proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and quickly learning ENGIE’s operational processes, utility protocols, and market transaction rules
  • You have experience collaborating with IT teams, supporting software testing and deployment, and leading cultural initiatives.
  • You are proficient in building high-performing teams, mentoring leaders, managing OPEX budgets, and maintaining strong vendor relationships

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy three (3) days in-office, two (2) days remote

Compensation

Salary Range: $131,000 – $183,330 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

What You Can Expect

As our Senior Business Development Manager for Indirect Sales, your primary objective will be to manage third-party sales (indirect partner relationships) for ENGIE North America Inc.'s retail products to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. In this role, you will work with brokers and channel partners across multi-ISO markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing broker relationships with key partners to acquire, retain, and grow a book of business, meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will also develop Annual Sales Plans for assigned brokers with strategies to increase regional commodity sales along with renewable offerings. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office, reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, and is based in Houston, TX.

 

  • Present, negotiate, and structure complex commodity transactions, using knowledge of renewable commodity offerings to advance ENGIE’s zero-carbon targets through assigned brokers
  • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators by leveraging knowledge of deregulated energy markets and competitor insights
  • Break down supply proposals for an "apples to apples" comparison by thoroughly understanding ISO deregulated markets, energy components, and product offerings
  • Coordinate and manage various internal processes and resources, including Legal, Credit, Supply, Business Controls, and Operations, to close transactions and deliver expected results
  • Collaborate with brokers and Key Account Team members to gain an in-depth understanding of product needs, escalate service issues, and provide competitive feedback to ensure best-in-class service and improved transaction success

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience within the retail energy industry or related field
  • You have broker/channel partner experience
  • You possess strong communication and effective negotiation skills, and interact well with executive-level decision makers

Your key responsibilities  [LR2] 
 

  • The Project Site Manager shall be experienced in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine and Thermal Power Plants, in overseeing and supervising the EPC Contractor’s project execution. He shall be experienced in Construction Supervision, testing and commissioning, materials procurement review, factory Inspection and other related fields to assure that the Project’s Lump sum Turnkey (LSTK) Contractor complies with the contractual requirements of the execution of the Project.
  • The Project Site Manager shall be responsible for managing and coordinating the site team in carrying out the site supervision responsibilities as outlined in the scope of Owner’s Engineer contract with the Client. The Project Site Manager shall also be responsible for coordinating with the Client, the Client’s design  co-ordination team, the EPC Contractor and the Tractebel’s Home Office design review team, as necessary.
  • Leading the weekly and monthly project meetings for Contractor’s works with the Client and the EPC Contractor, progress reports, ensure work compliance in accordance to approved drawings and submittals; material and equipment inspection at site, Inspection for installation and construction Works at site, pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning and startup activities until unit handover for commercial operation. Prepare punch list, NCRs and conduct QA/QC for all the Work and for health, safety, security, risk management,  Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control and civil engineering with respect to Scope of Work and Technical Specifications in accordance with local and International Codes and Standards with the support of the team of site engineers.

Bachelor degree holder in Mechanical Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers) with minimum twenty (20) years of experience in multi-national & multi-discipline Projects

 

Who you are   

  • The Project Site Manager (Site) shall work full time for this Project and shall not be involved in any other Project or Work Assignment. He should have a minimum of twenty [20] years of experience in managing large Combined Cycle and Thermal Power Projects and his age should not be more than 55 years. He shall possess strong leadership qualities and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all recognized International and local engineering codes and standards, directives and safety regulations such as such as ASME, ASTM, API, DIN, VGB, EN, NFPA, COMPANY ISD, HCIS, ISO, ISA, ATEX, NEC, IEC, IEEE, ACI, ANSI, ASCE, SBC, Saudi Grid Code, PME environmental, AWS, ASHRAE, OSHAH, UL, FM and other items as applicable, OEMs standards and practices including local regulations codes and standards and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the International Standards requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, control and civil engineering related to the Scope of work and tender documents.
  • Knowledge and experienced in Contract matters, contractual claims, change orders or Amendments, interpretation contractual terms and conditions.

What You Can Expect

As the IT Advisor at ENGIE North America, based in Houston, TX, you will serve as a key link between IT & Digital and various business departments, supporting ENGIE’s zero-carbon transition in North America. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that enhance business insight and financial foresight, while also providing strategic guidance and project management in assigned areas. Reporting to the Applications Systems Manager, your duties will include:

  • Serve as a key liaison between IT and Finance, addressing consolidation and reporting questions, issues, enhancement requests, and project deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders—including internal teams, external partners, and third-party software vendors—to deliver effective solutions
  • Analyze, extract, transform, load, and model data and master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify, analyze, and remediate data and master data inconsistencies, driving timely resolution with Finance and IT resources, especially during Close and Budget cycles
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, methodically improving data integrity and consistency
  • Provide training and support to super users and end users, particularly during the budgeting process

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology and business operations, with a strong focus on designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that enhance business insight, financial forecasting, and data integration
  • Hands-on experience with consolidation platforms such as SAP BPC, SAP BFC, SAP Group Reporting, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar systems
  • Proficiency in MS SQL and other scripting/query languages for data management and reporting
  • Understanding of complex consolidation and elimination rules for both US GAAP and IFRS across US, Canada, and Europe
  • Experience in financial consolidation within large-scale corporate landscapes, managing hundreds of legal entities

Compensation

Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Nel Ruolo di Facility Engineer TLC & Data Center riporterai al Contract Manager e, in coordinamento con il team Industrial & Facility Energy Services, gestirai le seguenti attività.

 

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

  • Gestire l’attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria e riqualificazione impianti esistenti nel contratto e sito assegnato
  • Preventivazione delle opere straordinarie sugli Impianti Elettrici e Meccanici della commessa
  • Assicurare che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza e della normativa tecnica
  • Assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle attività e relativa contabilizzazione
  • Gestione e acquisto dei ricambi necessari alla corretta manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.

 

Che cosa porterai in Engie?

  • Laurea in ingegneria civile/meccanica/energetica o Gestione del Costruito, o titolo di studio equipollente;
