Context:

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist works within the HR department of the Global Energy Management & Sales business unit, under the supervision of the Head of Compensation & Benefits. The Compensation & Benefits department is composed by 6 other team members, based in Belgium and France.

He/she is in charge of Compensation and Benefits initiatives & projects while ensuring the operational management of the reward processes, policies and practices contributing to attract, retain and motivate high-quality employees while enhancing GEMS as the best place to work.

Role:

• Grading referent for the entire organization:
  • Ensure the compliance with pay transparency directives
  • Deploy job grades and architecture, ensuring that all jobs are graded and up to date
  • Define and maintain the appropriate grading governance
  • Train and support the HRBP and recruiters on defining the appropriate job grades on recruitments, moves and promotions
  • Contribute to the design of C&B policies and processes as well as their proper communication in order to contribute to their dissemination and understanding among managers & employees
  • Work with Talent Management teams on career path
• Benchmarking referent for the entire organization:
  • Participate to the benchmark surveys on job matching and grading methodologies (mainly WTW and Aon McLagan)
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to secure competitiveness in the market
  • Define and deploy comparatios
  • Implement comparatios in our reward tool beqom (in collaboration with beqom Project Owner)
  • Define and provide salary grids for local HRs
  • Provide advice to HR Partners and Business Leaders on best practices and policies C&B and support the Talent team in the context of complex package offers
  • Provide market trends on the niche environment

• Participate in transversal C&B projects (IT tool for digitization, benchmarks centralization with the other countries, gender pay gap, benefits policies, etc.) and other possible HR missions

Context:

Role:

• Master the numbers to drive C&B strategy: collect, extract and consolidate and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, performance management systems, etc.) to support C&B processes and campaigns such as annual salary review, LTI campaign and employee shareholding and profit sharing plans, etc.
• Participate to the data cleaning and data accuracy in a specific context of HRIS tool change, for the C&B processes (reward tool, payroll instructions, reward letters)
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in close collaboration with HRIS and HR partners
• Create monthly reporting and follow-up HR KPIs (resignation rates, promotions, off-cycle salary budgets, etc.)
• Prepare statistical analyses and reports for the various stakeholders such as Compliance department, Compensation Committee, Management Committee, Finance department, HR group, etc.
• Provide budgetary control of salary costs and provisions (bonus pool, standard costs, Expats...) in collaboration with Management Control and the Tax Department (Transfer Pricing)
• Proactively call out potential overspend and savings/optimization
• Participate in benchmarks surveys
• Support different C&B projects (Gender index, Profit sharing, shareholding plan, individual statement reward, reward tool testing)

Hard skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR controlling in an international group
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft pack office
• Power BI knowledge is an asset

Voor de kerncentrale van Doel zijn we actief op zoek naar meerdere Meet- en regeltechniekers.
 
Jouw uitdaging als Meet- en regeltechnieker

Binnen Maintenance  - Instrumentation & Control sta je, samen met je collega’s, in voor het  onderhoud van de veldinstrumentatie en verwerkingsmodules, zowel analoog als digitaal en werk je in een dagdienst uurrooster.
 

• Je staat in voor het onderhoud van de veldinstrumentatie en verwerkingsmodules zowel analoog als digitaal. Daarnaast voer je onderhoudswerken uit tijdens revisies en volg je de werkzaamheden van de verschillende contractanten op.
• Je voert onderhoudswerken uit op een zeer diverse installaties: van klassieke proces- automatisatie, veldinstrumentatie, brandinstrumentatie tot en met toegangsstructuren, allerlei beveiligingen en verschillende wijzingen aan de nucleaire installatie.
• Door je analytische vaardigheden en expertise ben je niet alleen in staat om door je onderhoudswerken problemen op te lossen maar ze ook te voorkomen.
• Je werkt in een ploeg van 15 personen en rapporteert aan de teamverantwoordelijk.

• Je hebt een professionele bachelor in het domein van elektriciteit of elektromechanica of een A2 met relevante ervaring in industriële elektriciteit.

Voor de kerncentrale van Doel zijn we actief op zoek naar meerdere elektrische techniekers.

Jouw uitdaging als Elektrisch Technicus 

• Samen met je collega’s voer je onderhoudsactiviteiten en aanpassingen uit aan de elektrische AC- en DC-verdeelsystemen. Je werkt hierbij onder meer aan logica- overname- en beveiligingssystemen, gelijk- en wisselrichters, batterijgroepen, alternatoren en hun excitatiesysteem.
• Je voorkomt storingen en lost deze op door gestructureerd te werken. Hierbij zet je kwaliteit en veiligheid steeds voorop.
• Je werkt in een ploeg met 7 collega’s waaronder elektriciens en werkvoorbereiders en jullie rapporteren aan een teamverantwoordelijke van één van de 4 deeldomeinen van de afdeling elektriciteit onderhoud  (alg elektriciteit, elektrische borden / schakeling, beveiligingen en rolbruggen). Jij start in het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud van beveiligingen en rolbruggen.

JOB PURPOSE:
Operate or maintain stationary engines, boilers, or other mechanical equipment to provide utilities for buildings or industrial processes. Operate equipment, such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and steam boilers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors gauges and flow meters and inspects equipment to ensure that tank levels, temperatures, chemical amounts, and pressure are at specified levels, reporting abnormalities as necessary.
• Records operating data such as products and quantities pumped, stocks used, gauging results, and operating times.
• Communicates with other workers, using signals, radios, or telephones, to start and stop flows of materials or substances.
• Tends vessels that store substances such as gases, liquids, slurries, or powdered materials, checking levels of substances by using calibrated rods or by reading mercury gauges and tank charts.
• Turns valves and starts pumps to start or regulate flows of substances such as gases, liquids, slurries, or powdered materials.
• Plan movement of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units, utilizing knowledge of interconnections and capacities of pipelines, valve manifolds, pumps, and tanager.
• Reads operating schedules or instructions or receives verbal orders, in order to determine amounts to be pumped.
• Cleans, lubricates, and repairs pumps and vessels, using hand tools and equipment.
• Collects and delivers sample solutions for laboratory analysis.
• Connects hoses and pipelines to pumps and vessels prior to material transfer, using hand tools.

• Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems.
• Switch from automatic to manual controls and isolate equipment mechanically and electrically to allow for safe inspection and repair work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree preferred.
• Certifications in any of the following are highly preferred: electrical or plumbing.
