Key Responsibilities:
Safety, Health & Environment:
- Perform tasks safely, adhering to safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage civils and grounds maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
- Report all incidents and participate in safety forums and compliance meetings.
- Lead investigations into estates/land management/civils maintenance incidents.
Operations:
- Maintain and manage buried services drawings and interfaces for civils-based work activities.
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings, roads, fencing, drainage, and landscaping.
- Act as the key contact for landowner and tenant farmer interactions.
- Support engineering and maintenance teams with civils-based issues.
- Manage site contracts, including landscaping, civils/buildings maintenance, and more.
- Handle local authority planning interactions and compliance requirements.
- Manage CAPEX projects, from scope definition to completion.
- Ensure contractor welfare facilities are well-maintained.
- Oversee Legionella Control across buildings, ensuring compliance and conducting regular checks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Civils, Construction, or Land Management.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (desirable).
- Experience using CAT & Genny to locate existing services (EUSR Category 1 desirable).
