  • Master degree in Economy, Business, or Industrial/Civic Engineering studies with  developed business acumen by having taken on a traineeship, business courses, etc. We also welcome you if you have a Master degree and up to 2 years’ professional experience
  • Affinity with the energy sector and the energy transition landscape and motivated about developing your career in this business
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to grasp the essence in complex data sets and communicate in a clear way about it.
  • Team worker with good interpersonal skills, flexible and able to work with different profiles across different business departments and throughout ENGIE

The Opportunity:

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Mine Surveyor to join our Hazelwood Rehabilitation Project to ensure the mine environment and infrastructure are maintained, and the rehabilitation activities are undertaken in a safe and stable manner by delivering sound survey processes.

The role is accountable to the Technical Services Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide survey advice and oversight of mine stability and rehabilitation activities to ensure safety and stability.
  • Maintain and augment survey monitoring systems to support the changing geotechnical monitoring requirements
  • Manage and maintain survey data and drawing systems (aerial, u/g obs, movement etc) and IT requirements (servers, software etc)
  • Assist the delivery of rehabilitation projects with survey services, design / drawings, plant control models and data analysis
  • Undertake routine/ periodic monitoring, surveys, pick-ups and aerial (UAV) mapping
  • Coordinate survey resources and specialist services to ensure level of service is maintained, timely and accurate.
  • Maintain appropriate survey equipment and tools to deliver optimised service (UAV, ATS, GNSS etc)

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive survey experience and sound technical skills in the application of survey activities, including management of survey data, CADD / GIS applications, telemetry and data collection and storage and management of drawing and survey records.

You are action-oriented and collaborative in your approach and possess excellent communication skills. 

You have the ability to plan and self-manage workloads and conflicting demands.

Technical knowledge of survey requirements in Latrobe Valley mining environment (including survey standards, methods and instrumentation) highly regarded.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, with exceptional communication skills Project Manager to lead the kick-start and initial development of our biodigester project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with preference in the agricultural or renewable energy sectors, with a focus on launching and scaling new initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project's inception and development, with the ultimate goal of integrating it seamlessly into our company's operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive project plan, focusing on the kick-start and initial phases of the biodigester project.

Job Purpose/Mission 

The Customer Experience Department leads Support excellent (country-specific) customer experience through a smart customer journey and insightful, responsive analysis. Create & manage against a strategy and plan that speaks to the wider Group and Country strategic objectives. Lead market research, customer & team insights, practices of competitors, analysis of performance by business units, to inform strategy. Service Centers support Control supports the management at the outlets, i.e. EEA outlets to ensure we take care of the customers before sales, during sales and after sales which operate at the interface of Engie Energy Access Kenya, CX with interface of Supply Chain and Sales, combining warehousing and customer- facing activities. The CX support Control Administrator works with the Area Managers and Area Administrators to ensure that all sales and handovers are reflected correctly in the database and all products are activated in time, and assists Head of CX with channel support optimization by monitoring priorities for delivering value, i.e. new products, replacement products, upselling referrals and cost controls)

 

Responsibilities 

  • Working with Area Managers to ensure support at different outlets and ensure proper processes are followed before sales, during sales and after sales
  • Working closely with supply chain on all returns and repairs at the EEA Kenya outlets and ensuring that no cases are pending unattended to.
  • Working with the Area Administrators to ensure complete documentation in the EEA Kenya database (DB) on product handovers facilitated and documented by AAs (via mTawi).
  • Ensuring product bundles and products carry the correct price tag in the DB, in alignment with the CO.
  • Follow up in the DB on the extra sales / upselling of appliances that are submitted by Area Managers and Area Administrators via mTawi.
  • Following up on items that are missing during handover and item exchange, following up with the Area Managers and Area Administrators (for handover) or the Maintenance team (for item exchange).
  • Assisting the IT team in advising and training Area Admins on use of mTawi when updates and changes are introduced or troubleshoot if an Area Manager faces particular challenges.
  • Supporting the implementation of product introductions, contract updates and other Changes affecting Area Admins in close collaboration with the Head of CX and in alignment with other Area Administrators.
  • Update and renewal of contractor ID’s-on the DB, including extension of Area Admins contractor IDs to enable handover.
  • Documenting and archiving contracts that arrive at NH (i.e. are not in DB) monthly and validating that there is a contract for every handover.

  • Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor verschillende onderhoudsprojecten op onze productiesites, met focus op industriële elektriciteit en automatisatie.

Riporterai al Branch Manager Lombardia 2 e, in coordinamento con il Team , seguirai le attività di front e back office del Centro Assistenza e gestirai la programmazione delle attività telefoniche inbound/outbound.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

  • Gestire il portafoglio clienti e la pianificazione delle agende dei tecnici
  • Ricevere dal Cliente richieste di intervento e raccogliere tutti i dati necessari all'organizzazione dell'intervento;
  • Alimentare i sistema gestionali durante le fasi ricezione/assegnazione/modifica chiamate ed inserire i dati anagrafici  e i dati dei contratti di manutenzione relativi agli interventi eseguiti dal personale tecnico;
  • Rispondere alle chiamate telefoniche, dando supporto tecnico, gestionale e amministrativo ai clienti.
  • Proporre telefonicamente offerte commerciali dedicate
  • Interfacciarsi con le Unità Operative del territorio lombardo per migliorare la collaborazione
