Ce vei face:

• Vei coordona implementarea cerințelor de securitate și sănătate în muncă din faza de proiectare, inclusiv pentru includerea în bugetul proiectului a tuturor echipamentelor și altor componente asociate cerințelor SSM;
• Vei coordona și te vei asigura de coerența planului de suport pentru etapa de precalificare și de evaluare a ofertei (sub)contractantilor și furnizorilor în timpul procesului de selecție și în definirea criteriilor SSM relevante ca parte a procedurii de selecție (chestionar dedicat RFI);
• Vei coordona modul de descriere a obiectivelor SSM și conceperea indicatorilor de performanță SSM pentru proiect;
• Vei coordona modul de organizare din punct de vedere al securității și sănătății în muncă a proiectelor derulate în cadrul societății inclusiv de către terțe părți, iar în caz de incident vei coordona derularea investigațiilor incidentelor;,
• Vei coordona dezvoltarea și punerea în aplicare a Planurilor de management în domeniul SSM în toate etapele de derulare a proiectelor, din faza de proiectare până la finalizarea execuției;
• Vei propune noi soluții și strategii pentru ansamblul proceselor operaționale, în vederea îmbunătățirii rezultatelor și creșterea performanței în domeniul SSM, inclusiv pentru intervențiile în caz de urgență, exercițiile de gestionare a crizelor și procedurilor de investigare a incidentelor;
• Vei gestiona alături de responsabilii interfețelor implicate în derularea proiectului modul de derulare a reuniunilor de lansare și de progres organizate de către specialiștii desemnați cu rol de management de proiect sau de către resposonsabilii tehnici cu execuția, diriginții de șantier și coordonatorii SSM, în conformitate cu calendarul stabilit;
• Vei coordona planificarea etapelor implementării și te vei asigura de transmiterea informațiilor către cei implicați;
• Vei coordona planurile de aliniere a sistemelor de management SSM între părțile implicate, pe toată durata de pregătire și execuție a lucrărilor;
• Te vei asigura că managerii și (sub)contractorii cu responsabilități în cadrul proiectului, sunt implicați activ în implementarea politicilor, regulilor și procedurilor SSM, fiind un promotor al acestora;
• Vei monitoriza indicatorii de securitate și sănătate în muncă la nivelul proceselor operaționale din aria de responsabilitate;
• Te vei asigura de colectarea și fiabilitatea datelor aferente tablourilor de bord, prin colectarea indicatorilor de performanță și de pilotaj;
• Vei coordona monitorizarea reglementărilor în domeniul securității și sănătății în muncă aplicabile, în scopul asigurării conformării la cerințele legale și la cerințele Grupului;
• Te vei asigura de analiza Regulamentelor de Guvernare și a Standardelor în domeniul securității și sănătății la nivel de GRUP și de implementarea acestora în cadrul societății;
• Vei coordona programele de instruire colectivă în domeniul SSM, a personalului (sub)contractorilor, în conformitate cu prevederile contractuale;
• Vei promova comunicarea deschisă cu echipele SSM ale (sub)contractorilor pentru a te asigura că există o înțelegere comună a domeniului de aplicare pentru cerințele de SSM;
• Vei coordona instrumentele de comunicare, cum ar fi discuțiile tip toolbox și promovarea returului de experiență;
• Vei coordona realizarea investigațiilor incidentelor și accidentelor produse în cadrul șantierului și vei asigura comunicarea constatărilor / lecțiilor învățate către părțile implicate;
• Vei coordona programele de inspecții și audituri derulate de către membrii echipei din subordine; în scopul verificării respectării cerințelor SSM incluse în contract și asigurării faptului că activitățile sunt controlate în mod adecvat și că orice abatere de la metodele de lucru planificate este evaluată în mod corespunzător, înainte de implementare;
• Vei informa managementul, în scris, asupra deficiențelor constatate și vei propune măsuri de prevenire și protecție adecvate;
• Te vei asigura și verifica implementarea tuturor măsurilor stabilite pentru remedierea deficiențelor constatate;
• Vei pilota procesul de definire a chestionarelor de pre-calificare, ca parte a procedurii de selecție, prin identificarea criteriilor relevante în materie de Securitate și Sănătate în muncă adecvate proiectului și vei coordona procedura de precalificare și de evaluare a ofertei contractanților principali /subcontractanților/furnizorilor în timpul procesului de selecție;
• Vei pilota modul de organizare de proiect în ceea ce privește aspectele de SSM, evaluarea riscurilor de sănătate și securitate asiguramdu-se că această sunt încorporată în mod corespunzător în managementul riscurilor proiectului;
• Vei asigura suportul în procesul de dezvoltare a instrumentelor transversale și de definire a metodelor de îmbunătățire a controlului riscurilor legate de securitatea proceselor operaționale.

         Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare tehnice;
• Curs inspector securitate și sănătate în muncă minim 80 de ore;
• Curs postuniversitar “Evaluator riscuri accidentare și îmbolnăvire profesională”;
• Curs în domeniul situațiilor de urgență (protecție civilă și apărare împotriva incendiilor);
• Curs de auditor sistem de management securitate și sănătate în muncă;
• Permis conducere categoria B;
• Minimum 5 ani experiență în domeniul gazelor naturale;
• Exigență;
• Organizare, inițiativă;
• Perseverență, empatie, colaborare;
• Bune abilități de comunicare;
• Rapiditate și eficiență decizională.

Ce vei face:

• Vei oferi suport dirigintelui de șantier în urmărirea realizării lucrărilor de racordare (pregătirea, executarea, recepția lucrării) cu respectarea cerințelor de calitate;
• Te vei asigura de încadrarea în termenele și bugetul stabilit în planul de investiții;
• Vei urmări aplicarea tuturor prevederilor legislative din domeniul construcțiilor și gazelor naturale;
• Vei oferi suport în gestionarea documentațiilor aferente activității;
• Te vei implica în deblocarea întârzierilor apărute în diferite faze ale lucrărilor;
• Vei face raportări periodice și/sau ocazionale solicitate;
• Vei identifica și raporta problemele apărute în derularea lucrărilor de investiții;
• Vei asigura suportul dirigintelui de șantier în toate fazele privind realizarea lucrărilor, după cum urmează:
  • În perioada de pregătire a executării lucrărilor, împreună cu dirigintele de șantier, studiezi proiectul, caietele de sarcini, tehnologiile și procedurile prevăzute pentru realizarea construcțiilor;
  • Însoțești dirigintele de șantier pe teren pentru a participa la anumite faze ale execuției;
  • În perioada de executare a lucrărilor asiguri suportul la verificarea în teren a execuției lucrărilor furnizând informații și dovezi, întocmind rapoarte pe lucrare;
  • Oferi suportul pentru a asigura realizarea lucrărilor în conformitate cu prevederile contractului, a proiectelor, a caietelor de sarcini si a reglementărilor tehnice în vigoare;
  • Asiguri suportul în urmărirea rezolvării problemelor constatate în teren în ceea ce privește execuția lucrărilor.

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare tehnice finalizate cu diplomă de licență, cu specializările: Instalații pentru construcții sau Inginerie de petrol și gaze;
• Instalator autorizat ANRE: EGIU sau PGIU si EGD sau PGD, cu experiență în autorizații de minimum 3 ani;
• Permis de conducere categoria B;
• Experiență profesională de minimum 3 ani în activități de proiectare si execuție si/sau consultanță în construcții, în rețele și instalații de gaze naturale;
• Cunoașterea activităților sistemului de distribuție a gazelor naturale;
• Cunoașterea modulelor SAP specifice activității (PS-IM, MM, ISU) – reprezintă avantaj;
• Bune cunoștințe de operare MS Office;
• Cunoștințe de legislație specifică;
• Abilități de comunicare scrisă și verbală;
• Demonstrează responsabilitate pentru activitățile desfășurate;
• Capacitate de a respecta termenele limită;
• Capacitate de planificare, organizare, analiză și sinteză;

What you will do:

• You will plan testing phase in different stages of the development cycle, in a cohesive and coherent manner: formulating testing objectives and quality criteria, developing strategies, time estimation.
• You will recommend functional and non-functional testing standards and implement them in the test cycle.
• You will develop test scenarios together with the project team, based on the specifications of the software requirements and the description of the software design.
• You will provide feedback to your colleagues during the software development, by monitoring the unit testing and the preliminary verification of the integrated tests carried out by the programmers.
• You will review, analyze, test and document the technical specifications of the system.
• You will constantly perform testing activities (manual and/or automatic) and analyze/ send the results in a timely manner (dashboard);
• You will document the bugs that appear during the testing phase.
• With priority, you will manage and monitor the bugs and errors identified in the testing process, in collaboration with the internal development team.
• You will mediate the relationship between IT development teams and business clients.
• You will coordinate the tests carried out together with business customers, both for new products and for changes in the productive environment;
• You will prepare and submit reports on the evolution of the testing process, in accordance with the testing strategy (test results, test case coverage, required resources, discovered bugs and their status, performance).
• You will update the dashboards at the end of each testing phase or at the completion of the project.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Higher studies completed with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in the IT field);
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing;
• Experience working with web services and APIs, with SQL databases;
• Experience in automation activity;
• Experience in testing browser/ web applications;
• Experience in project management and Quality Assurance (QA);
• Work experience in Agile/ Scrum, Jira & HP ALM (QC);
• Competence in software testing techniques, testing tools, incident/ bugs tracking and testing support tools;
• Reporting experience in IT testing;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Romanian;
• Good organization and prioritization skills;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Ability to work with short dead-lines;

• Expertise in consultancy related to energy efficiency, district heating, energy strategies and policy at central, local, regional level, pricing policies, market studies, etc.
• Experience in financing studies;
• Experience in international consultancy;
• Good experience in increasing awareness, information dissemination, training related to energy efficiency and renewable;
• References with IFIs, public clients, private clients;
• Good communication skills – both written and oral;
• Very good writing skills for reports and PPT presentations;
• English proficiency is a must, French represents an advantage;

The entity from Romania is currently seeking a Renewable Energy Design Engineer. The team is involved in a wide range of different projects, both in Romania and internationally.

Mission

• You provide technical and economic activities – consultancy/ design – related to large renewable energy projects, including wind farms, solar/PV installations and biomass;
• You use computer modelling software to produce designs and energy production estimates;
• You prepare project plans, schedules of work and cost estimates for large renewable projects;
• You liaise with stakeholders, as investors, suppliers, contractors and other engineering and science professionals;
• You issue Design Notes, Drafts, Specifications, Technical Specifications and Briefs, Progress Reports, etc.;
• You issue/collaborate to the quality assurance plan of your projects;
• You carry out site visits and evaluations for new and existing renewable energy projects;
• You apply the technical regulations and laws relevant for the projects you are involved in;
• You comply with and enforce compliance with the Health/Safety guidelines set out in the Project Safety Plan;
• You receive and share the expertise with the projects teams.

Candidate’s profile

• Engineering background (Bachelor / Master Degree), preferable in power engineering/electrical field;
• Good knowledge of regulations and permitting related to large renewable projects;
• Knowledge of design norms and regulations;
• Knowledge of design and software tools dedicated to renewable projects is a plus;
• English proficiency, good knowledge of a second language can be an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package;
• Dedicated personality working in a dynamic environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective, flexible and action-oriented.
