ENGIE Switzerland acquires Priora FM SA from Priora Group, further expanding its business for airports.

ENGIE expects a growing need for FM services, and especially in airports. Airports offer great potential with passengers’ volumes to double by 2036 (source : IATA 2017) and the associated expansion of the infrastructures. In 2017, ENGIE cumulated a turnover of 300 Million euros with more than 40 airports in the world such as Changi in Singapore, Boston-Logan in the USA, Rome-Fiumicino in Italy, Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly in France, Amsterdam Schipol in the Netherlands, Brussels-Zaventem in Belgium or Montreal Trudeau in Canada.

Combined, all the Group's skills make it possible to meet more than 50% of an airport's operational expenses. ENGIE’s businesses cover the entire chain, from specific airport services (runway markings, turnkey sorting systems, air traffic control systems, etc.) to more generic systems (security infrastructures, energy, mobility).

The approximately 200 highly qualified employees complement perfectly the ENGIE FM teams and ENGIE's technical expertise in building technology and energy efficiency. Priora FM SA has also built up an attractive customer portfolio over the last few years, with clients in the industry of leisure, IT or telecom.
