Franck Bruel, a graduate of HEC Paris, gained extensive experience in the services business, in and outside France. Franck Bruel began his career at L’Oréal, before joining the Pinault Distribution group first, and the Samse group afterwards, where he held various positions in marketing and sales. In 2000, he entered Saint-Gobain, where he was successively appointed Paris Region President for Point P group, CEO of Dahl Group in Sweden in 2004, and CEO of Point P in 2006. He joined the family-owned group Sonepar (world leader of electrical material distribution) in 2010, as Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed in the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2013.

Isabelle Kocher considers Franck Bruel’s extensive commercial and managerial experience to be a real asset in the implementation of the transformation plan and the development of ENGIE services’ business.

She would also like to warmly thank Jérôme Tolot for his outstanding dedication and contribution to the development of the Group. “Jérôme is an entrepreneur who has been able to unite, organize and develop various entities and their activities, which allowed ENGIE to become the leader in energy services around the world. His strategic vision, his ability to face challenges and mobilize people, enabled ENGIE to write one of the nicest pages of its industrial history”.
