What you will do:

  • Analyze and interpret the normative and legislative documents and convey them to the people or departments interested in.
  • Provide legal advice and assistance to company’s management and internal clients;
  • Draft and analyze documents, projects and legal documents;
  • Verify the legality of legal and administrative documents received for approval;
  • Draft and approve internal decisions, legal documents, as well as any other normative, contractual documents drawn up by the company or other economic agents or public institutions;
  • Acts as an advisor to business teams and maintain the relationship within group;
  • Analyze information quickly, completely and effectively in order to to have an objective and solid basis for decision-making, drafting legal proposals and recommendations.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of civil, commercial Romanian legislation;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize;
  • Action oriented, able to work under tight deadlines;
  • Open-mindedness, critical thinking, adaptability, willingness to learn.

What you will do:

 

  • Conduct audits identifying weaknesses in the processes under review, document testing and make recommendations for improvements when applicable.
  • Assess internal control system and business processes in order to assure Management that risks have been adequately identified, that internal controls have been suitably designed to cover business risks, and that they are operating as intended.
  • Assess the relevance, reliability and integrity of management and financial information in order to assure the quality of such information.
  • Draft internal audit reports, summarizing all identified weaknesses, associated risks and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Follow up with management on the implementation of corrective actions agreed with the business based upon audit findings.
  • Comply with the audit methodology to ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards.
  • Examines big data sets (data analytics) in order to draw conclusion.
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

 

  • 2-3 years of experience in external (preferably Big Four) or/and internal audit within multinational organizations;
  • Native Romanian speaker;
  • Fluent Business English skills (writing and speaking), other language skills would be a plus;
  • High motivation and proactive professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders at different levels in company;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and very good analytical and organizational skills, to handle projects and work under strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform international engagements (around 50% of time)

Our RAPA team plays a crucial role in shaping the vision, strategy, and development of regulatory and public affairs activities for ENGIE in Belgium. Your Responsibilities as Senior Regulatory & Public Affairs Manager - Federal Team (M/F/X)

Specific Focus:

  • Electricity Security of Supply Issues: You’ll play a pivotal role in further developing the capacity remuneration mechanism and addressing other critical electricity market design topics, such as Contracts for Difference (CfD) and regulations for power plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about evolving legislation and regulations.
    • Evaluate their impact on ENGIE’s business operations.
    • Ensure adequate advocacy activities and defend ENGIE Belgium interests and positions.
    • Key mission is to positively inspire and influence relevant regulatory and political frameworks.
  2. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

Reporting to the HR Director, the People Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for overseeing the proper execution of ENGIE People Development strategy (PDS). He/she utilizes a plethora of tools, tactics and skills to offer customized assistance to business leaders in fulfilling their people manager roles. Managing a team of up to 4 learning & development specialists, the People Development Manager will have the following

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the PD strategy (PDS), ensuring that business leaders with people management roles receive required training, and ongoing assistance to carry on their role of main point of contact in development, for their direct reports;
  • Together with the Talent Acquisition team, ensure that the talent acquisition process is aligned with the PDS definition on potential, in order to guarantee that there is consistency between the selection process and the manner in which potential and aspirations are reviewed in the organization;
  • Ensure that all key positions have a solid and concrete succession plan, one that could be actually accessed if needed; take on going actions to ensure that successors do have individual development plans, always updated and defined to help them become eligible for the respective key position;
  • He/she develops strategies to identify and groom internal talent for key positions within the organization, ensuring continuity and stability in leadership and on critical roles;
  • Based on the performance assessment, on the SEZAME records of the development discussions and following debriefings with people managers, propose suitable and diverse development actions, budget sensitive and in line with the potential and aspirations of the employees;
  • Work with employees to identify their career aspirations and create development plans to help them achieve their goals within the organization. This may involve providing opportunities for advancement, job rotations, reversed mentoring, mentorship programs, career counseling, also.
  • Keep track of people with new businesses skills and create opportunities for their skills enhancement as well as for the knowledge transfer towards other peers, to ensure business continuity;
  • Contribute to the development of career paths and lateral career tracks for most relevant jobs (as identified in the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP) of each GBU;
  • Execute timely – together with the business leaders and other HR areas, the tasks assigned through the SWFP of each Global Business Unit (GBU);

Profile:

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or related field with a keen interest in workplace dynamics. A post graduate degree in organizational psychology or change management is desirable;
  • Proven previous experience in a global industrial organization, in a leadership role in performance and talent management, with international exposure;
  • Project management and coaching experience will be an advantage;
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English is a must; knowing French would be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management cloud software;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the needed maturity to engage with senior business leaders on people development agenda;

About the role

 

ENGIE are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to be based Leeds . This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package. The HR Business Partner will plays pivotal role in driving human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives. 

  

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as the trusted advisor and provide strategic advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, in order to support, influence and challenge the business in the implementation of HR polices and procedures to ensure better business performance
  • Identify HR priorities from business and people plans, translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives to enhance talent, succession planning, retention of key employees, and building a diverse workforce and talent pipeline.
  • Facilitating key HROD processes through coaching for senior managers in the development of their people management skills to improve their execution of the process and their guidance of their own teams.
  • Accountable for the end of end employee lifecycle, working closely with the relevant specialists in the wider HR team ensuring adherence to ENGIE policies and procedures and HR best practice.
  • Provide coaching to the senior leaders across the business to enhance leadership capabilities and corresponding employee engagement, ensuring best HR practice is applied at all times.  
  • Manage complex ER issues through to successful conclusion in line with best practice and compliance with UK employment law.
  • Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey) to ensure consistency of approach, quality of data, timely delivery and adherence to Group guidelines.
  • Work closely with the business leaders to drive cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Working closely with the business to develop clear resourcing plans and work with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development functions to ensure the needs of the business are met.

 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role in a fast paced, high-growth environment, supporting multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong partnership, influencing, problem solving/solution orientated and client orientation skills to enable positive engagement with stakeholders throughout the business
  • Experience in energy or related industry is highly desirable
  • Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and credibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly numerate and data-savvy
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines / with conflicting priorities
  • Practical approach to problem solving
  • Skills in facilitation, counselling and mediation.
  • Demonstrable change management, OD, workforce planning and talent management experience.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment and driving consensus and momentum amongst a large set of stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a multi-national environment with a dispersed workforce essential.
  • Qualified to a degree level or equivalent with generalist HR experience
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience (highly desirable)
  • Qualification in Coaching, Occupational Psychology or other related discipline is highly desirable.

Ce vei face:

  • Te vei asigura  de derularea procesului de achiziții de la primirea solicitării, organizarea procedurii, semnarea contractului și monitorizarea derulării acestuia.
  • Vei derula achiziții publice prin sistemul de achiziții publice.
  • Vei oferi consultanță clienților interni cu privire la redactarea cerințelor din caietul de sarcini aferent demarării procedurii de achiziții.
  • Vei întocmi strategiile pentru achiziții.
  • Vei studia ofertele atât din punct de vedere tehnic, cât și comercial.
  • Vei negocia cu furnizorii clauzele contractuale în vederea respectării bugetului aprobat și vei întocmi contractele de achiziții în conformitate cu cerințele legale și conform procedurilor în vigoare.
  • Vei organiza vizite la locațiile furnizorilor sau în șantier pentru a evalua capacitatea acestora de a presta în linie cu clauzele contractuale asumate.
  • Vei elabora/realiza  diverse situații, rapoarte și analize cu un nivel ridicat de complexitate cu privire la dosarele de achiziții pe care le gestionezi (istoric, achiziții în curs, achiziții încheiate);
  • Vei realiza studii de piață specifice și analize detaliate ale elementelor de cost cu furnizorii de produse și servicii.
  • Vei participa la întocmirea Planului Anual de achiziții.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
  • Minimum 2 ani experiență relevantă în domeniul de achiziții/aprovizionare;
  • Cunoașterea legislației și a procedurilor în domeniul achizițiilor publice;
  • Reprezinta avantaj cunoștintele de operare SAP (modulul SAP-MM);
  • Cunoștinte MS Office - nivel avansat;
  • Cunoștinte de limba engleză- nivel mediu;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B - constituie avantaj;
  • Foarte bune abilități de comunicare și negociere;
  • Cunoștinte interdisciplinare: tehnice, economice, juridice;
  • Capacitate de organizare, planificare și prioritizare, de a acționa autonom.
