Responsable de Reclutamiento y Selección – Lima

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Responsable del proceso end to end de reclutamiento y selección, de acuerdo a los procedimientos y política establecidas. El cual incluye asegurar la criba curricular y filtros establecidos; así como las referencias laborales y la debida diligencia correspondiente.
  • Coordinar la creación y liberación en el sistema de Recursos Humanos de las posiciones nuevas o reemplazos. 
  • Actualizar o relevar, con los clientes internos, los perfiles de puestos a reclutar.
  • Responsable de realizar la convocatoria, interna y externa, de las posiciones en búsqueda; así como de promocionar las oportunidades de empleo en los canales establecidos y nuevos que pueda proponer.
  • Responsable de revisar y asegurar el envío de la documentación de ingreso por parte del candidato seleccionado, así como del armado de su file personal.
  • Gestión por indicadores y generación de reportes de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de actividades de marca empleadora.
  • Participar en la administración de los planes de retención de personal, así como también en los traslados internos de personal.
  • Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la inducción del personal nuevo.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Profesional de la carrera de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología y/o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de +5 años liderando procesos de Selección en empresas de servicios, mineras, construcción o sector de energía.

YOUR JOB

As a member of the “QA/QC” section you will ensure that Vendors of Tractebel and/or its Clients deliver and install their products with the highest level of quality to ensure nuclear safety at all times. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the full supply chain in a practical and industrial environment and this in an international setting. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues within the mechanical expertise domain (contract owners) and project managers.

You will be mainly in charge of the following activities:

  • Examination and approval of the Contractor technical manufacturing and installation files of various mechanical equipment (steel forgings, steel structures, rotating equipment such as valves and pumps, heat exchangers, piping, …).  You will verify from a quality control point of view the conformity of the fabrication documents to be in line with technical specifications and the governing construction codes and standards. You will typically intervene during review and approval of material purchase specifications, non-destructive examination procedures, welding procedures, heat treatment procedures, special manufacturing procedures. Knowledge of one of the following codes & standards is an asset : ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (section II, section III (nuclear related), section V, section VIII , section IX, ASME B31.1, ASME B16.34, …), PED, RCCM, ESPN, ....
  • Conducting quality control missions during manufacturing and installation of mechanical equipment. You will assess the conformity of the fabrication and progress during inspection missions at manufacturer's premises, site installation activities (Energy production facility sites such as but not limited to Nuclear Power Plants). You will verify that the goods are meeting the requirements set forth in the technical and upfront approved technical and quality assurance documentation.
  • Examination and approval of fabrication quality plans (PQP, ITP, …) in consolidation with the contract owner. You will be able to use your knowledge of industrial manufacturing process to define the quality surveillance strategy. Provide technical feedback in terms of the acceptance of non-conformities encountered during manufacturing without comprising the final quality of the product.
  • Issue inspection reports following the templates of Tractebel or its Client. You will inform the contract owner or report directly to the project manager of the outcome of your missions.
  • Support the organization with quality control expertise and become quality control lead in support of the contract owner on one or multiple projects. Within this role you will be in charge for overlooking Tractebel’s project quality organisation, developing specific methodologies and tools for the quality experts involved in the project (specific reporting, checklists, …), ensuring lessons learned are captured and implemented, verifying the content of inspection reports as to follow-up on related actions with the contract owner, assisting the QA/QC team group manager with staffing requests and organization (depending on the project scale).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Mechanical / Electromechanical engineer with min. 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes of mechanical equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, pumps, …)
  • Experience in a product quality control environment with knowledge of destructive and non-destructive examination techniques (base materials and welds) is considered an advantage;
  • Good organizational and coordination skills;
  • Able to work with limited supervision;
  • Eager to work in an international context for short and long missions;
  • Eager to participate in the expansion of activities of the nuclear market;
  • Ability to draft concise reports containing factual conclusions;
  • Reliable and motivated to meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry is a plus;

Job Purpose/Mission 

To assist with development and implementation of effective remuneration and employee benefits program strategies, policies, rewards systems, human capital information management system and procedures as well as to create organizational competitive advantage in order to attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare offers, promotion and allowance business cases for review by the Head of Compensation and Benefits CoE.
  • Support the Head of Compensation and Benefits CoE.
  • Assist to develop and implement all remuneration, benefit and administration related policies, systems and procedures.
  • Assist with development, management, and maintenance of effective HR information systems i.e Record and processing data.
  • Assist to develop, maintain and make recommendations in respect of the organization’s salary range structure and fringe benefits to establish market-based benefits to ensure the acquisition, motivation and retention on key critical positions.
  • Analysis and annual update of Salary Scales based on midpoints against the benchmarked external market.
  • Develop and maintain Human Capital integrated reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Head of the Compensation and Benefits COE to develop solutions and programs.
  • Establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with head of business units and other key stakeholders to understand the key issues associated with employee compensation & benefits for further in-depth discussion & consideration with the Head of the Compensation and Benefits COE.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Perform monthly and annual closing processes for assigned entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and IFRS reporting requirements to ENGIE parent company

Prepare and deliver partnership financial statements and other reporting as requested

Work with Project Management teams to ensure all project finances are accurately reflected and reconciled  Will establish and lead recurring meetings to discuss project status, review outstanding receivables and commitments, and cash flow position

What You Can Expect

The fast-growing Major Partnerships business is searching for an experienced Accounting Manager to be an integral, hands-on leader collaborating with project teams, external partners, and internal departments.  As the Accounting Manager in Houston, you report to Accounting Director and you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate reporting and analysis to management while being the bridge between operations and finance. Lead and develop a team of (3) Senior Accountants and coordinate with our Shared Services Team

Perform controllership functions for (4) Major Partnerships and assume additional partnerships as new agreements are signed. Manage the accounting and financial reporting process, monthly and annual fiscal closing processes, review journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis

Read various contracts related to partnerships, concessions, construction, and operations and maintenance identifying information that impacts accounting and financial statements.  Develop a general understanding and knowledge of these agreements

Prepare and deliver internal management reporting and external partnership reporting

Team with Treasury on cash management, debt payments, partnership distributions and ad hoc requests

Develop a working knowledge of each business operation.  Discuss financial results with Management and respond to inquiries.  Review project performance and margin

Ensure customer billings are processed accurately and timely each month

Manage fiscal year audits by communicating regularly with external auditors, attending and presenting at weekly meetings, preparing full set of financial statements with footnotes, and complete audit checklists and memos.  Coordinate with other departments as needed, to complete the audits timely

Develop processes, drive continuous improvement, coordinate requirements upstream and

downstream in the organization

Perform ad-hoc projects as needed, including those which may involve complex or advanced accounting concepts

Comply with all ENGIE NA policies and procedures

Carry out other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines

A minimum of 7 years relevant experience

You are Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or you are working towards a Certified Public Accountant

Strong accounting and financial reporting skills

Expertise in use of Microsoft Excel

Tools used for the job primarily include Microsoft Office, SAP, Cartesis

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Compensation

Context:

The GEMS APAC team is based in Singapore and offers risk management solutions to both internal and external clients in the APAC region. We specialize in providing optimization, hedging, market operations, and analytics services to support our clients.

Within the Risk Expertise Center of GEMS, the Market Risk main missions are:

  • Definition and translation of risk appetite into well designed set of limits in the Risk mandates;
  • Proactive and constructive challenge of Front Office  hedging strategies ensuring we reach an optimal risk/reward ratio in line with risk appetite;
  • Review risk profile and profitability of special deals requesting an Origination Committee validation
  • Alert on limit breaches and monitor effective and timely implementation of hedging decisions including providing concrete advice for remediation

Role:

In this role, you will report to the APAC Chief Risk Officer. You will be part of the APAC Market Risk team based in Singapore to ensure that all trading activities are in line with the market risk requirements of GEMS Risk Policy and the approved limits framework:

  • Analysis of market, liquidity, model, and physical risks
  • Setting and enforcing market risk limits
  • Market risk reporting & analysis
  • Control of P&L provisions, curve marking and parameter check for commodity curves
  • Tailoring globally consistent monitoring and control processes to suit local requirements

 

The role is primarily focused on developing the market risk management framework for Green Power origination and trading, covering forward physical, short-term, spot auction and intraday balancing. Processes are fully integrated with the market risk management activities performed by the existing market risk team established in Europe, Singapore and Japan.

 

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Monitor, control commodities positions and challenge trading strategies
  • Develop market risk framework for new business activities
  • Evaluate new transactions and business lines requiring specific market risk validation
  • Prepare limit modification requests from Front Office
  • Produce risk indicators and reports across multiple ETRM systems
  • Validate curves and parameters used in the commodity valuations
  • Simulate risk consumption for hypothetical or potential transactions
  • Assess and adjust reserves to be charged against new transactions. 
  • Maintain and improve Market Risk tools and reporting templates

 

In relation to the Green Power market risk management framework development

  • Calibrate and monitor GEMS Green Power + BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Risk Mandates and metrics
  • Prepare the Market Risk reviews of Green Power PPA or BESS Origination Committee files
  • Support the ETRM implementation for Green Power & BESS
  • Support R-GBU, such as Review of the R-GBU portfolio representation and monitor its risks

 

Hard skills:

  • Solid understanding of derivatives and Greeks
  • Accustomed to a fast-paced, dynamic trading floor environment
  • High level of integrity for work output and able to manage conflicting demands
  • Programming skills: expert in VBA for Excel
  • Detail-focused and process-oriented

 

Soft skills:

  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex risk concepts and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about market risk exposures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

Education and professional background:

  • 10+ years prior relevant experience, at least several of which specifically in market risk
  • Previous working experience in energy and commodities trading
  • Strong energy market fundamentals and knowledge of Green Power
  • Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience in Green Power market risk management is a key differentiator
  • Functional knowledge of Python

Languages:

  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Additional languages: French or Japanese, not mandatory but will be advantageous
