JOB PURPOSE:

Assigned the task to carry out with full accuracy and provide the better service in time frame under Facility Management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To create accurate input for assets into the CAFM system for data records and reports (manual & computerized) in accordance with Company procedures.
  • To ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored and maintained.
  • Input asset data and planned maintenance into database program.
  • To provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders, in accordance with pre-program of work.
  • To raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff.
  • Making intervention (s) for each job request and coordinating with supervisor for arrange the team as well as transportation.
  •  Follow up with technicians for the interventions and after finishing the job, the interventions are closing in the system.
  • To interrogate data records (manual & computerised) as directed for accuracy, legibility or damage.
  • To auto generate reporting data on PPM and RM carried out to ascertain status.
  • To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order in accordance with company filing system.
  • To document materials movement, using computer system.
  • To communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart information on status of work orders.
  • To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
  • To update and close the completed task in the system.
  • To generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting.
  • Tracking the schedule of PPM service and coordinating with clients.
  • Correspondence with mails, filing and other miscellaneous work.

What You Can Expect

As our Contracts Analyst Senior, at Georgetown University, in Washington, DC, you will manage the execution of construction contracts working closely with the project team including the prime contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and equipment vendors to ensure that contract terms are understood, adhered to, and in compliance with procurement policies, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

 

Everyday you will manage and administer contracts, specifically for construction and engineering, related to capital improvement projects for campus energy distribution systems. These systems encompass the infrastructure for the production and distribution of chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the electricity and natural gas networks. You will report to the Director of Capital Projects.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management Engineering, or related field
  • You have five 5 years of experience in a related field where you have provided field support during execution of capital projects which involves monitoring contract performance, reviewing project invoicing for contract compliance, tracking project milestones, and timely addressing any issues that arise
  • You have a background in construction contract development, contract management or project execution
  • You have an experience in construction projects, working at sites, managing subcontractors, contracts administration and change management
  • You have experience with contract development and/or contract administration, including an understanding of procurement procedures; along with project execution and project related tax, finance, insurance and legal issues
  • You can address Change Order requests by aligning with the Project Manager and all stakeholders, driving cost and schedule negotiations with the contractor, understanding the project’s scope, and utilizing the contractual terms to preserve the contracting plan
  • You will prepare final Change Order for signatures utilizing the proper Management of Change (MOC) procedures
  • You will provide support, strategy, and resolution to Project Managers on contractual claims and disputes, liaising and keeping informed all Project Stakeholders
  • You will maintain a structured and documented record of all capital project communications, notices, legal records, including lien waivers, bonds, claims
  • You will also support the procurement process of services and materials for successful completion of the capital project
  • You will develop relationships with project stakeholders, construction contractors, qualified equipment vendors, suppliers, and design/engineering firms
  • You will prepare project close-out documentation and final contract requirements at different milestones of a construction project including mechanical completion, substantial completion, and final completion
  • You will develop and maintain effective relationships with subsidiaries, to encourage knowledge sharing; while also establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with University staff
  • You will carry out other duties as assigned

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy;

Compensation

What You Can Expect

As our Electrical & Instrument Technician II, in Golden, CO you will be responsible performing routine plant electrical/control maintenance functions including, but not limited to motors, MCCs, relays, breakers, electrical disconnects of rotating machinery, UPS/battery systems, and all electrical hand tools in-plant and/or satellite plant equipment.

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a High School Degree or GED equivalent
  • You have 4+ years’ relevant experience and/or training; licenses, endorsements or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of that experience in electrical, electronic, and pneumatic instrumentation; (steam/ electrical generation plant preferred) or graduation from a two-year electrical or instrumentation and control program
  • You have experience working with a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
  • You will perform emergency plant electrical/control troubleshooting on plant equipment
  • You will install, test, calibrate, tune, program, repair and troubleshoot pneumatic, electronic-powered equipment, low/medium voltage, analog and digital process control loop hardware

As our Project Manager Senior (PM) working in a self-managed team concept, you will be a part of the ENGIE capital projects team based at Georgetown University. Our projects are located on two local University campuses, and a Hospital. As part of this team you will be responsible for managing utility infrastructure capital projects associated with expanding and maintaining the utility system on the campus. Projects range in size from $100,000 to $50M, with completion of each taking the span of 1-5 years.

 

This position is being hired in support of a 50-year concession agreement to operate, maintain and enhance the Georgetown University utility system.  The projects you’ll take on will involve numerous and diverse projects in the areas of electric and thermal energy production and distribution, and domestic water infrastructure.

 

No two days are the same, starting with the development stage  you will be submitting reports and conducting meetings with Team members, subcontractors and stakeholders on a regular basis, providing oversight and sharing updates on projects and planning, solving construction challenges through collaboration  and clearing the path and working towards successful completion. The key measurements of success are successful completion of projects with no health, safety or environmental and public relations,  on time and under budget.  You will be managing contracts for both Design and construction of capital projects within the central plants, and managing project teams made of internal staff, external consultants  and Operations and maintenance staff.

  • Administer design and construction contracts to include the development of project specifications, a detailed scope of work and principle contract provisions, working closely with corporate Contracts Management and the Procurement Department

  • Je werkt mee aan de uitvoering van de onderhoudsprojecten en dit uiteraard binnen alle geldende afspraken rond termijnen, veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.

Dit is een job met doorgroeimogelijkheden als werkvoorbereider of deskundige.

Werkvoorbereider:

  • Je bereidt de diverse onderhoudsactiviteiten zorgvuldig voor zodat ze veilig, kwaliteitsvol en efficiënt uitgevoerd kunnen worden.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering ervan op en ziet erop toe dat alles correct verloopt.
  • Als werkvoorbereider dien je te beschikken over enkele jaren ervaring in een onderhoudsorganisatie.
  • Je krijgt ook een specifieke opleiding.

 

Deskundige:

  • Je bepaalt en optimaliseert de onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Je gebruikt je expertise ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering van de onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Je bewaakt mee de goede staat van de uitrustingen en componenten in het betrokken installatiedomein.
  • Je werkt verbeterplannen, projecten en wijzigingen uit.

Voor de kerncentrale van Doel zijn we actief op zoek naar meerdere Paswerkers.

 

Jouw uitdaging als Paswerker Mechanisch

 

  • Je staat samen met je collega’s in voor het dagelijkse onderhoud van de centrale en de onderhoudswerken tijdens revisie. De activiteiten omvatten zowel predictief, preventief als correctief onderhoud.
  • Je staat in voor de uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden rond de diesels, turbines en alternatoren.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de taken uitgevoerd worden  binnen de afgesproken termijnen.
  • Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.

 

 

De ideale match

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor of A2 met relevante ervaring in het domein van elektriciteit, (elektro)mechanica of procesautomatisering.
  • Je beschikt over kennis en ervaring binnen de maintenance wereld.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die autonoom kan werken.
  • Je hebt een hoog veiligheidsbewustzijn.
