Ce vei face:

  • Vei identifica și rezolva solicitările clienților, îi vei consilia sau îi vei orienta în vederea soluționării problemelor pentru care aceștia s-au prezentat, în vederea creșterii satisfacției și loialității lor;
  • Vei primi, verifica și înregistra cererile și reclamațiile clienților;
  • Vei solicita informații serviciilor conexe și vei elabora răspunsuri verbale, telefonice sau scrise la solicitările sau reclamațiile clienților;
  • Vei modifica și actualiza bazele de date cu clienți casnici și non-casnici în baza solicitărilor clienților sau a corespondenței cu aceștia (schimbări de partidă, procesare contracte furnizare energie, procesare contracte prestări servicii, scanare documente);
  • Vei opera stornarea facturilor clienților în baza contestațiilor consumului de către aceștia și vei refactura, punctual și manual, în regim de back office, cu aprobarea nivelului corespunzător delegărilor de competențe;
  • Vei identifica clienții restanțieri și vei prelucra notificări de deconectare/reconectare, asigurând o permanentă legătură cu operatorul de distribuție în acest sens;
  • Vei promova și vânde ofertele de energie și servicii.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii medii finalizate cu diplomă de bacalaureat;
  • Experiență de minimum 1 an într-un post similar;
  • Cunoștinte operare Microsoft Office, SAP (ISU și CRM);
  • Experiență în lucrul cu clienții;
  • Abilități de comunicare și prezentare;
  • Capacitatea de a asculta și de a rezolva problemele clienților;
  • Abilitați de lucru în echipă;
  • Deschidere față de schimbare;
  • Autonomie, inițiativă și implicare.

Purpose of role

The job holder will be responsible for the hedging and balancing of power and gas for Energy Supply and export portfolios. You will define and deliver hedging and balancing strategies, provide analysis and reporting, and ensure the provision of gas and electricity forward price curves.

 

Additionally, you will support the business with new products, commodity premia, customer queries, and provide analytical support to the wider business.

 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role hybrid role assigned to our Leeds office where the successful candidate would be based two days a week.  On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure trading limits of authority are adhered to.
  • Maintain power and gas positions within defined risk limits.
  • Perform back-to-back hedging for Retail fixed business wins/renewals.
  • Conduct wholesale and retail transactions for flexible product customers.
  • Manage relationships with wholesale counterparts, retail consultants, and customers.
  • Optimize and source flexibility assets.
  • Design, implement, and deliver gas and power forward curves.
  • Manage default customer positions to align wholesale requirements with retail transactions.

  • Lead the development and implementation of hedging and balancing systems and processes.

Role Summary

  • You will contribute to market prospecting by providing consultancy on energy networks as well as on optimal access to them, in the context of identifying new renewable energy projects.

The Role:

The Senior Graphic Designer generates creative strategy and supervises brand design implementation across all marketing department initiatives, leads and supports on design projects through the entire creative lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the overall brand platform and visual identity system for ENGIE Impact with visual and message creative integration.

  • Lead design workflow, resourcing and central project management through project management system.

  • Manage the production and strategy of diverse integrated media including but not limited to: the ENGIE Impact website and campaign landing pages, brand and campaign videos, digital media assets, client engagement presentations and sales materials, and other specialty media as needed. Leads the production of major creative deliverables, provides regular critiques and revisions to deliverables from design team members. 
  • This role requires an advanced ability to develop big-picture ideas and translate them into different design deliverables including but not limited to web, UI/UX, video & animation, digital ads, social media, presentations, print and email campaign.  
  • Have a passion for design, stay up-to-date on best practices and market trends, and enjoy working in a highly-collaborative team environment. 
  • Have an understanding of the behaviors and needs of end users and a project’s goals to bring the right expertise and tactics that will drive success. 
  • Frequently assume a lead role in creating the visual and conceptual direction on projects and should also be able to act in a support role for another designer. Mentor other designers/freelancers when necessary and occasionally manage vendors.
