Environnement de travail

 

Vous travaillerez en tant que planificateur de projet (Infrastructure Métro), depuis notre bureau de Bruxelles, au sein de notre département « Infrastructure des transports », le département de Tractebel qui conçoit/élabore principalement des projets liés aux routes, tramways/ (pré)-métros, aéroports, tunnels et ponts. Vous serez parfois aussi amené à travailler chez notre client.

En tant que planificateur de projet au sein de la cellule planning, votre mission consiste à orchestrer l’adaptation d’une infrastructure linéaire de tramway en un système de métro moderne.

 

Mission

Voici vos principales responsabilités :

 

  1. Ordonnancement Opérationnel:
    • Prendre en charge une partie du projet (par exemple, un ensemble linéaire d’interventions) et élaborer un planning robuste.
    • Identifier le chemin critique et dégager des marges de manœuvre à travers 2 ou 3 scénarios de réalisation.
    • Collecter et consolider les hypothèses et contraintes, en utilisant des outils tels que MS Project et TILOS.

 

  1. Collaboration Multidisciplinaire:
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale, la maintenance, la logistique d’approvisionnement et les autorités délivrant des autorisations.
    • Prendre en compte les interventions des impétrants et coordonner les acteurs impliqués dans chaque domaine technique.

  Profil

    • Formation d’ingénieur industriel ou électromécanicien avec une expérience pratique sur chantier ou en bureau d’études.
    • Minimum 7 ans d’expérience dans la planification de grands travaux impliquant diverses techniques (génie civil, électricité, voie ferrée, équipements mécaniques) et de grandes infrastructures (routes, autoroutes, voies ferrées, aéroports, ports maritimes, etc.).
    • Capacité à analyser et à concevoir des scénarios de réalisation exécutables.
    • Pratique concrète de MS Project et de TILOS.
    • Esprit critique pour challenger les hypothèses existantes.
    • Aptitude au travail d’équipe et à la gestion des défis liés aux délais.
    • Maîtrise de la langue française (le néerlandais est un plus).
    • Expertise en Microsoft Office.

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul tehnic;
  • Minimum 5 ani experiență în domeniul instalațiilor (execuție, montaj) service sau facility management;
  • Cunoștințe privind piața de servicii și instalații energie electrică și PV;
  • Cunoștințe de utilizare ale pachetului Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects;
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu;

Job Purpose/Mission

The Product Performance Team is responsible for facilitating requirement definition, ensuring that requirements are validated and tracked during development/NPI and lastly managing post launch product performance. This will be achieved by working with the leaders of Product Management and R&D, to define and manage the development processes, drive the test and validation activities, and to implement performance monitoring metrics (and corrective actions) for the product after launch.

What You Can Expect

As our North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Compliance Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Operations teams to implement and enhance ENGIE’s NERC Compliance Program and sustain compliance with all Reliability Standards. This position can be based out of the Houston, TX or Chicago, IL office and will be supporting assets in both US and Canada. Your daily task will include developing and implementing compliance programs and internal controls, leading internal compliance assessments, reviewing compliance evidence and developing technical programs to support compliance for ENGIE’s North America Renewables fleet. Additionally, you will contribute to the NERC compliance program by implementing, improving and auditing readiness for a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets within TRE, MRO, WECC, NPCC, and SERC areas.

 

  • This position will have specific emphasis placed on the Operations and Planning group of standards, including conducting or managing technical studies and compliance activities for FAC, EOP, PRC, and MOD Reliability Standards.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for NERC Compliance within the Renewables Operations Engineering team and ensure that all engineering activities are aligned with compliance requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of new or improved internal controls to support compliance in collaboration with internal SMEs and technical consultants
  • Monitor ongoing developments in Bulk Electric System reliability such as new or revised standards and identify the activities required to maintain compliance
  • Develop and support systems and processes for managing compliance evidence and participate in audits as a technical SME
  • Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Must have experience performing or reviewing NERC Compliance studies or evidence for one or more of the following: PRC-004, 005, 019, 024, 025, and 027

2.  JOB PURPOSE:

 

The Mechanical Engineer Trainee will manage all mechanical maintenance activities; developing short and long-term maintenance strategies, and ensuring day-to-day efficient plant management etc. under the supervision of Lead Mechanical Engineer. He will ensure the plant meets availability, reliability, efficiency, generation, and cost targets while adhering to company rules, legal, contractual, and environmental requirements. The candidate will also establish procedures and computerized maintenance management processes and coordinate with other departments.

 

3.  KEY Responsibilities:

Description

 

•     Plan and execute maintenance activities for mechanical systems and equipment in the power plant based on OEM recommendations, industry standards, or Best Practices.

•     Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain occupational safety standards in all maintenance activities.

•     Provide technical guidance and support to a team of 7 Mechanical Technicians to ensure smooth functioning of the power plant.

•     Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and implement repairs as needed, ensuring minimal downtime.

•     Work with other engineers and technicians to ensure that mechanical systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.

•     Develop and implement maintenance schedules for mechanical systems and equipment, prioritizing maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

•     Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials.

•     Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to identify maintenance requirements and execute repairs.

•     Coordinate with other maintenance and operations departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the power plant.

  • Dhuruma O&M company Ltd operates a combined cycle power facility with 1729 MW of power capacity. The company has two shareholders: Kahrabel FZE, with Head Office in Dubai and Aljomaih Energy & Water Company Limited, with Head Office in Riyadh.
  • Dhuruma O&M company Ltd performs services through an O&M agreement for the Owner of the power facility: Dhuruma Electricity Company.
  • The project is a Greenfield IPP with a 20 year PPA with single off-taker (SEC) on BOO basis.
  • The Job Holder will be based at Dhuruma power plant (PP11), 125 km West of Riyadh;
  • The Job Holder works closely with the Mechanical Technicians to ensure the Plant Routines are actioned efficiently and to high quality standards;
  • The Job Holder is required to understand and promptly act upon oral operational instructions, respond effectively in pressure situations, make quick decisions in the event of breakdown or failure to safeguard the plant, manage stress, assess and change operational parameters with minimal supervision, coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities ensuring high levels of safety and compliance with procedures.

Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Senior QA/QC Proyecto Solar 

(Posición Temporal- Moquegua)

¿Qué tareas realizarás? 

  • Coordinar y Supervisar el Plan de Aseguramiento de Calidad del Proyecto.
  • Revisar, implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión de calidad del proyecto y asegurar su funcionamiento.
  • Programar y coordinar auditorías de calidad internas y externas con los contratistas.
  • Gestionar el listado de No Conformidades y Punch List y asegurar su correcto levantamiento.
  • Preparar informes sobre el sistema de gestión de calidad del proyecto.
  • Coordinar con los otros líderes de disciplina la correcta gestión de interfaces.
  • Soporte técnico para analizar los requerimientos de adicionales y reclamos de los contratistas del proyecto.
  • Soporte técnico en la administración contractual de los diferentes contratos del proyecto.
  • Seguimiento y reporte del avance y valor ganado de las actividades de obra civil de los diferentes contratos del proyecto.
  • Gestionar las inspecciones de fábrica de los componentes principales del proyecto.
  • Liderar el equipo de calidad asignado al proyecto.                                                              

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?                

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Civil / Mecánica / Mecánica Eléctrica y/o Electronica.
  • Experiencia mayor a 7 años en gestión de calidad en obras de construcción de gran envergadura.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de energía solar (deseable).
  • Experiencia en gestión de interfaces en proyectos multicontratos.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio
  • MS Office / Autocad / MS Project
  • Licencia de conducir (indispensable).
  • Conocimientos de Normas ISO / OHSAS, normas para el monitoreo y control de parámetros de higiene ocupacional y de monitoreo ambiental (agua, aire, suelo, otros), manejo de residuos y reglamento de SSO y MA en el trabajo de las actividades eléctricas.

  • Disponibilidad para residir en Moquegua.
  • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a  Viernes, con posibilidad de trabajar dos sábados al mes (compensables).
