Responsabilidades:

  • Expande projetos de saúde mental para os ativos.
  • Desenvolve campanhas, ações de desenvolvimento e eventos de saúde e qualidade de vida da Companhia.
  • Gerir tecnicamente os contratos de saúde e qualidade de vida.
  • Implementar projetos de saúde na Companhia.
  • Realiza atendimentos, encaminhamentos e acompanhamentos relativos à saúde mental. 
  • Realiza processo de Certificação dos Operadores e psicossociais.
  • Realizar treinamentos e orientações a colaboradores e contratados quanto aspectos de saúde integral. 
  • Gerir programas de Qualidade de Vida da sede e ativos.
  • Realizar análise, criação, revisão e/ou manutenção da documentação normativa e processos da área de atuação.

 

Pré-requisitos Obrigatórios: 

  • Formação em Psicologia com CRP Ativo.
  • Experiência prévia na função em grandes organizações.

Purpose

Responsible for project-specific stakeholder engagement functions and community investment programmes. The Social Development Co-ordinator will ensure that stakeholder engagement processes are developed and implemented in a planned, proactive and strategic manner, so that community risks are avoided and managed and relationships with beneficiary communities remain positive, or at the very least, remain stable. This Co-ordinator is also responsible for design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project-specific community engagement and investment  programmes that are built on strong relationships and built into a strategy for long term sustainable and transformational impact. Aspects of the role require participation in the company’s overall Sustainability Strategy. This role is based at Graspan Solar Park, Northern Cape.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develops project specific stakeholder engagement plans (“SEP”) that align to Engie’s Corporate Stakeholder Engagement Planning Process, including the design, implementation and management of a grievance mechanism for construction through to operations. During construction, this will be done in collaboration with the EPC/ main contractors, for application during the construction period
  • During construction, assist with and oversee the mapping of stakeholders and execution of stakeholder engagements to mitigate stakeholder-related risks. In operations stage, managing this process. This, includes but not limited to:
  • Identifying and analyzing relevant and appropriate partners and stakeholders according to interest, impact and influence
  • Developing a strategy for engagement with the various types of stakeholders, including consultation types and frequency
  • Building strong working relationships with key partners, NPOs & other stakeholders (including IPPs) that contribute positively to the achieving the long term community development strategy
  • Preparing and conducting community & stakeholder feedback meetings on an appropriate and frequent basis
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders at a frequency determined to be appropriate for each stakeholder
  • Responding to community requests/ queries and complaints
  • Attendance of stakeholder meetings
  • Co-ordinates with Contractors Community Liaison Officers regarding effective stakeholder engagement and information sharing
  • During Construction overseeing Contractor performance for the following, while taking full responsibility for these items during Operations:
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the community grievance mechanism (formal process and structure) and ensuring that all grievances are addressed and closed out as per the project commitments
  • Maintaining accurate records (presentations, minutes, attendance registers etc.) of all stakeholder meetings and ensuring that the records have been collated and saved on the company’s online systems
  • Managing the compliance of all community stakeholder related requirements and processes under environmental management programs (“EMPr”)
  • Acting as a point of contact for the local communities, communicating and distributing key project information
  • Prepares and develops key project factsheets for distribution to management and community stakeholders to inform them about progress on project related activities
  • Identifies key community risks (e.g. equal employment opportunities) and community opportunities to be managed at the local level to mitigate risk and to optimize initiatives undertaken respectively
  • Reporting back to management on stakeholder engagement and providing  input to management reports on grievances, community matters and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Liaises with company’s project managers and site managers to disseminate pertinent community intelligence that may impact the project activities
  • Actively monitor relations between the main contractors and employees employed on site.

Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) Economic Development  (ED) Reporting

  • Assists the ED team practitioners with any information and data gathering for REIPPPP ED reporting, as required
  • Responds to any ED reporting related queries raised by various stakeholders, as and when required
  • Assists in managing and coordinating the annual ED audits
  • Responsible for Annexure B reporting on relevant SED and EnD projects
  • Responsible for providing timeous reporting to all other areas of the business, including reporting to external stakeholders, boards and so on.

Socio-Economic Development (SED)/ Enterprise Development (ED)  Implementation

  • Assists the ESG team in the design and implementation of a long-term SED & EnD strategy that effectively addresses community needs
  • Assists the ESG team in the management of community needs assessment processes
  • Identifies & designs sustainable initiatives that support the long-term SED & EnD strategy
  • Manages the implementation of and  monitors the initiatives that support the long-term SED & EnD strategy
  • Identifies appropriate stakeholders necessary in implementing successful initiatives and manages these relationships
  • Prepares yearly SED & EnD implementation plans that describe the initiatives to be undertaken, the activities and the budget required  for the next twelve months and ensure that these plans are shared with the requisite stakeholders
  • Manages the preparation of requisite contracts to be entered into with service providers and/ or beneficiaries
  • Manages compliance with requisite contracts entered into with service providers and/ or beneficiaries
  • Manages the finance related processes required to ensure that any payments to service providers and/ or beneficiaries are effected (raising of POs etc.)
  • Manages payments to service providers and/or beneficiaries to ensure that they are paid according to contractual terms and in a timely manner
  • Forecasts, budgets and tracks SED & EnD spend on a quarterly basis
  • Engages regularly with beneficiaries to gain relevant information regarding the initiatives and to monitor their impact
  • Defines outcomes of initiatives,  manages the collection of baseline data and monitors & evaluates the outcomes against the baseline data
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records (baseline assessments, community needs assessments, contracts, payments etc.) of all initiatives and ensuring that the records have been collated and saved on the company’s online systems
  • Communicates with local community trust trustees regarding SED and EnD initiatives undertaken by the project and those undertaken by the trust and finds opportunities for collaboration in order to reduce possible duplication of efforts and funding and to have real and sustainable community development impact at a larger scale
  • Collaborates, with other independent  power  producers and other organizations who are executing SED and EnD projects in local communities, on SED and EnD initiatives identified as appropriate for collaboration in order to reduce possible duplication of efforts and funding and to have real and sustainable community development impact at a larger scale

Junior Operational Monitor

Purpose

Responsible for contributing to efficient monitoring of the assets. This includes the day to day operations monitoring in real time (R/T) via SCADA and remote monitoring software and logging of all performance and availability data for efficient reporting and asset performance management. The objective of time (R/T) monitoring is to identify faults as soon as they occur to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) which will require close co-operation with the Site Supervisors and logging of all Events both scheduled and unscheduled (break downs) that impact production and or down time.

Contributing to continuous improvement of the operational assets by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all data. Supports both the asset managers and the Performance Engineer at head office.

Responsible to ensure timeous updates of performance data on all reports incl but not limited to monthly asset management, board slides, CTA, NERSA and performance KPI’s.

Expected to be capable of interacting with technical personnel at both wind and solar PV site and also attend and contribute to O&M meetings by providing analysis of fault Events and trends.

  • Assists the HO Performance Engineer in obtaining daily production figures, plant breakdown and planned maintenance information in order to manage technical  Availability and accurately quantify and allocate losses.
  • Monitor the status of generating units to minimize the mean time to repair (MTTR) and reduce maintenance down time to ultimately maximize Availability and thus energy production / revenue.
  • Ensures all relevant data related to planned and un-planned maintenance is accurate.
  • Ensures the capturing of maintenance failure and defect resolution information into the asset management system to ensure that comprehensive maintenance history is maintained for future analysis and trending purposes.
  • Assists the HO Performance Engineer to analyze relevant data in order to identify failure trends and performance deviations.
  • Investigate issues as directed by the Monitoring Supervisor and or Performance Engineer.
  • Contribute to wind and solar Asset management / O&M meetings by providing analysis of fault Events and trends.

Operational Performance and Asset reporting

  • Ensures that all data related to operational asset performance including resource, availability and maintenance are valid
  • Ensures updating of all metrics, KPI’s and data plots are provided timeously in support of the Performance Engineer and Asset managers.
  • Provide ad hoc information required by the HO Performance Engineer,  Monitoring Supervisor and the Asset managers in relation to all procurement,  O&M Agreement, PPA, CTA , NERSA and Distribution Agreement.

  • Understanding of Implementation agreements and comprehension of the economic development (ED) obligations for all awarded projects.

  • Reviews ED reports of contractors and other relevant company suppliers’ that contain their ED achievements and commitments in detail and vets the achievements against supporting documentation.

Purpose

 

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the administration of various Contracts for multi-party renewable energy projects as well as the monitoring and administration of the Contracts in relation to the required scope of work which includes managing variations and working closely with the project teams to ensure project stakeholders are notified in accordance with the various contractual provisions. The Contracts administrator shall assist in the analysis and comparison of contract terms and pricing during EPC, O&M and third-party agreements. The Contracts administrator shall also ensure that the Procurement Policy of BTE Renewables is administered correctly when engaging with third parties in procurement related matters. The Contracts Administrator shall be required to deliver small scale projects from inception stage (request for information) to close out stage (final completion) of the project.

Reports

  • Consolidating, reviewing, preparing, and providing input into reports associated with the Construction and Operations of the projects as per the relevant project agreements.

Contract Management

 

  • Ensure operational project obligations in terms of its respective EPC, PPA and O&M Contracts are met and support respective subject leads in terms of the obligations of the remainder of the project documents.
  • Implement the obligations tracker for all operational projects and present the PPA & O&M Contract Obligations tracker to the BTE teams.
  • Contract administration and management during pre and post project execution.
  • Managing the claims process and assisting relevant stakeholders in resolving disputes.
  • Assist in the implementation of dispute resolution practices to effectively mitigate contractual risk.
  • Assist in managing various consultants (IE, OE & LTA). Full engagement and communication with consultants in terms of contract negotiations and implementation.

Senior Community Engagement Officer

The Role:

Excellent permanent opportunity for a Senior Community Engagement Officer to join our Renewables business to design and implement effective community and stakeholder engagement initiatives during the development, construction and operational phases of renewable energy generation and other assets.

 

The incumbent will be accountable to the Head of Stakeholder Relations and will be required to travel to regional areas and interstate.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder and community engagement plans and activities
  • Actively and regularly engage with landowners, neighbours, local communities and interested parties to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Work with First Nations representatives to identify opportunities for indigenous engagement and participation
  • Coordinate community meetings and stakeholder briefings to effectively gather feedback and input to improve outcomes for local communities
  • Respond to enquiries, complaints and requests for information from the community and stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure all engagement and communications with stakeholders is adequately recorded in the stakeholder engagement database

 

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have solid experience in community relations or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the development of renewable power generation assets such as wind, solar and/or battery storage in agricultural / rural areas.  You possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with the community and you are able to prepare stakeholder engagement and consultation plans and relevant communications materials.

 

You are collaborative in your approach, persuasive when needed and action oriented.

Misión.

La misión de la beca del departamento de Estrategia y Desarrollo de Renovables ENGIE en España es la de dar apoyo técnico a la estrategia de la empresa, estudiar y participar en nuevos proyectos en renovables de Engie, para tecnología solar y eólica.

 

Funciones.

  • Participa en la originación del pipeline de proyectos, especialmente en el apoyo al equipo correspondiente en las distintas labores:
  • Identificación de potenciales oportunidades.
  • Análisis de la información pública de Red Eléctrica para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
  • Preparación de la documentación técnica y administrativa para la presentación y solicitud de capacidades de acceso ante Red Eléctrica o las Compañías Distribuidoras.
  • Revisión de proyectos técnicos, ambientales y documentación técnica a presentar ante la Administración para la tramitación y obtención de permisos.
  • Preparación de documentación técnica y administrativa para la presentación y solicitud de los permisos ante la Administración.
  • Evaluación de la viabilidad técnica, ambiental, urbanística y económica de nuevas oportunidades para el emplazamiento de proyectos de energías renovables (fotovoltaica y eólica).
  • Control de costes de proyecto en la fase de desarrollo.
  • Apoya en la generación de documentación y presentación en los diferentes comités internos, de las oportunidades de negocio.
  • Participación en fases de due diligence asociada a procesos de M&A

 

Requisitos.

  • Estudios universitarios en ingeniería, ciencias ambientales o similar.
  • Elevado nivel de inglés
  • Elevado nivel de desempeño con el paquete Office, especialmente Excel, Word y Power Point.

 

Requisitos valorables.

  • Se valora muy positivamente disponer de estudios específicos o especialización en categorías energética, ambiental, urbanística y/o eléctrica.
  • Valorable positivamente cursos y experiencias previas en el sector de las energías renovables.
  • Se valora muy positivamente conocimientos relacionados con la regulación y normativa nacional de la industria de energía renovable, desarrollo de negocio greenfield, regulación en materia de permisos y negociación/desarrollo de contratos en energías renovables.
  • Se valora muy positivamente conocimientos de SAP.
  • Se valora muy positivamente conocimientos de softwares específicos de planificación territorial y/o diseño: Autocad, ARC GIS o similar.
