¿Qué tareas realizarás?

• Seguimiento y verificación del cumplimiento del Plan Ambiental de Proyecto y Contratistas.
• Dar la inducción inicial de seguridad al personal del proyecto y contratistas.
• Revisar los procedimientos del contratista en cuanto a la identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos relacionados con el medio ambiente.
• Supervisar las condiciones ambientales del Sitio, accesos y áreas aledañas que puedan resultar afectadas.
• Supervisar el correcto uso del depósito de materiales excedentes y la disposición de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
• Detectar e informar cualquier deficiencia en relación a las condiciones ambientales del sitio.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de permisos ambientales.
• Consolidar la información HSE del Proyecto.

 

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?

• Profesional en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Ingeniería Ambiental, o afines.
• Experiencia mayor a 3 años  en gestión de medio ambiente.

• Conocimiento en regulación medioambiental en el sector eléctrico.

• Experiencia participando en auditorías y fiscalizaciones ambientales

• Conocimiento en gestión de riesgos, medidas de prevención y planes de contingencia.
• Inglés nivel Intermedio.
• Manejo de MS Office.

• Disponibilidad de residir en Moquegua por el tiempo de la duración del proyecto

Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Senior QA/QC Proyecto Solar

¿Qué tareas realizarás? 

  • Coordinar y Supervisar el Plan de Aseguramiento de Calidad del Proyecto.
  • Revisar, implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión de calidad del proyecto y asegurar su funcionamiento.
  • Programar y coordinar auditorías de calidad internas y externas con los contratistas.
  • Gestionar el listado de No Conformidades y Punch List y asegurar su correcto levantamiento.
  • Preparar informes sobre el sistema de gestión de calidad del proyecto.
  • Coordinar con los otros líderes de disciplina la correcta gestión de interfaces.
  • Soporte técnico para analizar los requerimientos de adicionales y reclamos de los contratistas del proyecto.
  • Soporte técnico en la administración contractual de los diferentes contratos del proyecto.
  • Seguimiento y reporte del avance y valor ganado de las actividades de obra civil de los diferentes contratos del proyecto.
  • Gestionar las inspecciones de fábrica de los componentes principales del proyecto.
  • Liderar el equipo de calidad asignado al proyecto.                                                              

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?                

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Civil / Mecánica / Mecánica Eléctrica y/o Electronica.
  • Experiencia mayor a 7 años en gestión de calidad en obras de construcción de gran envergadura.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de energía solar (deseable).
  • Experiencia en gestión de interfaces en proyectos multicontratos.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio
  • MS Office / Autocad / MS Project
  • Licencia de conducir (indispensable).
  • Conocimientos de Normas ISO / OHSAS, normas para el monitoreo y control de parámetros de higiene ocupacional y de monitoreo ambiental (agua, aire, suelo, otros), manejo de residuos y reglamento de SSO y MA en el trabajo de las actividades eléctricas.

What You Can Expect

As a Groundskeeper in Goliad, TX, you will report to the site daily and work as the main point of contact in keeping and maintaining the vegetation, such as but not limited to weed eating, using a medium size agriculture tracker, and using a box blade for road repair.

 

You will also oversee the regular scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting for the equipment and vehicles on site. You will receive and report status updates on assignments and projects from the scheduling software on a computer terminal in the office. This work is completed independently amongst a team of technicians.

 

Periodically you will be expected to manage and communicate with external contractors onsite to ensure compliance and safety. You may be required to work to support solar technicians as needed for safety support other required assignments. You may be required to work on call as needed in site

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Able to use hand tools and drive a medium size agricultural tracker 
  • Must be able to active read and interpret information such as but not limited to instruments, gauges, and manuals
  • Able and willing to get certified in first aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires daily attendance at worksite
  • Must be available to travel to other sites for trainings and assistance as needed per site local site development typically on a weekly basis.

ENGIE North America is hiring a Solar Technician for our Solar Site located near Goliad, TX.  

 

As a Solar Technician, your daily responsibilities begin with accessing tasks via SCADA, Maximo, or various SAP software systems and repairing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling technical repair work orders for solar panels. You will manage documentation, update parts inventory, and as well as submit on-site status reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and initiate work orders for equipment repairs.

 

  • Coordination of high voltage switching activities with local utilities and independent system operators (ISO), which includes tasks like substation operations, equipment lockouts and grounding
  • Adhere to safety protocols such as conducting Site-Specific Orientations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety meetings
  • While you will primarily work independently on-site, there will always be a nearby technician for safety support; the site's team comprises of a site manager, a Balance of Plant technician, and the solar technician
  • You will also be a part of an on-call rotation for outages and emergencies; therefore, you must reside within 50 miles of the site

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum two (2) years diploma in a technical program where you have learned Alternating Current (AC) / Direct Current (DC) electrical theory, understand reading blue prints and schematics, industrial electrical equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Solar generation sites, Wind generation sites
  • Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Controls & Industrial Maintenance

Wind Technician II

What You Can Expect

As the on-site Wind Technician II, at the Prairie Hill Wind Site in Mart, TX, you will report to the Operations and Maintenance office to meet the Site Operations Manager to receive work orders and discuss project details. Adaptability is crucial as tasks may vary depending on operational needs and requirements. Your primary responsibilities involve troubleshooting, repairing, reconnecting, and inspecting electrical equipment, including substations and overall site performance.  At this site you will be working with high voltage energized equipment and must follow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) grounding and other safety precautions. Collaborating with service providers and contractors, you will oversee daily work activities, produce various reports, operate site equipment, and coordinate with local utilities and Independent System Operators (ISOs) for switching and curtailments.

 

Ensuring compliance with ENGIE and regulatory agency standards, you'll conduct inspections and recurring checks on site equipment. You'll actively participate in behavior-based safety programs, enforce safety procedures, and conduct orientations and meetings to promote a safe working environment. Alongside routine inspections and serving as the main contact for landowners, you'll manage spare parts inventory, coordinate contractor work, and maintain cleanliness on-site.

 

Gaining and maintaining GWO training is required, as well as participating in turbine climbing activities. You'll provide recommendations for operational and maintenance improvements, offer equipment operation training, and utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis techniques to address failures. You will work on computerized work order systems for purchase requisitions and receiving statuses.  From time to time you will be required to support other wind assets during planned outages and emergencies, potentially requiring overnight stays. Furthermore, you'll be part of an on-call rotation and must reside within 50 miles of the site to respond promptly to outages and emergencies.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Realizar la estimación de costos utilizando datos históricos y referencias de la industria  para proyectos de energía renovable  que están en fase de Desarrollo, para la GBU- Renewables de Engie Chile, con el  propósito  de entreagar un valor de CAPEX requerida para evaluar la viabilidad económica del proyecto y su toma de decisión,  pudiendo ser desde etapas preliminares basadas en ingenierías preliminares hasta ingenierías de licitación  , velando por el cumplimiento de los objetivos contenido en el plan estratégico, de acuerdo a las normas, reglas, procedimientos y lineamientos internos, externos en materia de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente

 

Funciones:

  • Realizar los cálculos de las obras de proyectos renovables (civiles, eléctricas, mecánicas, suministros, owner cost, entre otros.), con el fin de proporcionar al cliente una cotización o guía de cuánto podría costar el proyecto,  brindando el presupuesto estimado.
  • Realizar estimación y análisis de costos de diferentes proyectos de Transmisión con el fin asegurar la predicción de la cantidad, costo y precio de los recursos requeridos con grado de exactitud (dependerá de la cantidad de información y supuesto disponible para realizar la estimación) de acuerdo al  alcance de los proyecto en etapa de desarrollo, alineado con los procedimientos, estrategia y metas organizacionales
  • Contribuir en la revisión de ofertas de suministro de equipos y construcción realizando análisis de variaciones , identificando los factores claves detrás de esas variaciones
  • Generar una base de datos de precios proveniente de la recopilación de datos históricos de proyectos u software específico que servirán como documentación de referencia con el fin de asegurar la estandarización de las estimaciones de proyectos renovables que se encuentran en etapa de desarrollo
  • Evaluar el impacto de los cambios en el alcance y  diseño, ajustando los presupuestos y los riesgos asociados desde el punto de vista de los costos

 

Requisitos del cargo:

  • Formación Académica: Ingenieria Ejecución / Civil Eléctrico o formación afín
  • Conocimientos de Proyectos Renovables (en calidad de estimación de costos)
  • Conocimiento Normativo.
  • Mercado Eléctrico.
  • Planificación y Control
  • Administración y Optimización de Recursos.
  • Software Presto o similar para la estimación de Costos
  • Inglés: Intermedio & avanzado
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en puestos similares en empresas del rubro de renovables (Contratistas y empresas de energía), realizando estimaciones de costos de proyectos aplicables al sector eléctrico de media y alta tensión
