Job Purpose:

To provide skilled work in the installation, repair, operation and maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carries out preventive maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment and Systems
  • Repairs faulty Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment and Plants
  • Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment
  • Requisitions of materials required for the smooth operation of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment.
  • Assists in verification of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied
  • Ensure that the Air Conditioning System is ON at the right time.
  • Troubleshoot Air Conditioning Equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment.
  • Manage the safety of Airconditioning Plant Rooms and Workshops
  • Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost
  • Perform regular cleaning of the equipment
  • Install air conditioners in houses and commercial buildings by following standard installation protocols
  • Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems

Skills Required:

  • Must have a wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons and cooling, heating systems
  • Must have knowledge in troubleshooting
  • Ability to detect damages and malfunctions
  • Must have wide knowledge in backage and split type for installation of air conditioners and coolers
  • Knows how to change spare parts
  • Must have good communication skills

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-Year Vocational Course in Air Conditioning and Cooling Technician
  • Must have at least 2 Years experience as A/C Technician

What You Can Expect

As our Senior Project Manager, at Georgetown University you will be responsible for supporting and managing energy conservation measures (ECMs) in buildings that reduce energy consumption and help Georgetown move towards a 40% reduction in energy use by 2031. Every day you will work with a team that is responsible for managing utility infrastructure capital projects associated with expanding and maintaining the utility system on the campus. What You’ll Bring

  • You have a Bachelor of science in engineering or a Construction management
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or a construction management
  • You will facilitate the development of a proactive building automation system (BAS-) controls program, including building analytics/FDD (Fault Detection and Diagnostics)-, retro-commissioning, and other energy efficiency projects

What You Can Expect

As the Construction Management Advisor (CMA) in ENGIE, Distributed Energy Solution (DES) you will oversee ENGIE’s construction sites and subcontractors, provide baseline/milestone/look-ahead schedule, ensuring site safety practices, and uphold quality assurance/control measures are provided for the installations.   • Experience in construction projects, working at sites, managing subcontractors, contracts administration and change management
  • Experienced in preparing and executing Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans
  • In depth knowledge of project engineering for technical consult and QA/QC inspections

Als Project Manager Nuclear beheer en monitor je het ontwerp en/of de uitvoering van onze nucleaire  ontmantelingsprojecten.  Je stelt de ontwerp- en investeringsbudgetten op en consolideert deze voor het project als geheel.   • Je coördineert de acties voor raakvlakken tussen disciplines en je waakt over de adequate integratie van de verschillende specialisaties in het project;

Werkomgeving

 

Binnen de Tractebel Business Area Global Nuclear, kom je terecht in het departement dat verantwoordelijk is voor de Tractebel projecten die we uitvoeren in opdracht van Electrabel. Dit departement is verantwoordelijk voor alle projecten die verband houden met de ontmantelingsprojecten. Deze projecten kunnen betrekking hebben op pre-haalbaarheidsstudies tot en met de uiteindelijke ingebruikname van de installaties, inclusief haalbaarheids-, ontwerp-, inkoop- en realisatieactiviteiten op locatie.

Minimale vereisten:

  • een Master diploma in Engineering;

DE WERKOMGEVING

Binnen dit departement ben je verantwoordelijk voor projecten (studies en/of aanpassingen) met betrekking tot de kerncentrales in België, met een focus op LTO Ageing (EI&C, mechanische en civiele werken).

 

JOUW TAKEN

 

  • Je beheert / volgt het ontwerp en/of de uitvoering van het project op;
  • Je laat de ontwerp- en investeringsbudgetten opstellen en consolideert deze voor het project in zijn geheel.   • Je werkt op het hoofdkantoor in Brussel met regelmatige bezoeken aan de Belgische kerncentrale (Doel) en af en toe bezoeken buiten België ;
  • BA4, VCA, Habilitation to access nuclear sites zijn vereist.
