The Consultancy Department of Tractebel Engineering in Romania, provides high level expertise in the fields of Power Systems, Sustainability & Economics.

The team covering the Power Systems Consultancy activity constantly addresses studies related to connection to the grid of new users/generators, network planning and network operation & control, using state-of-the-art dedicated software tools.

  Mission

• Power systems modelling based on EUROSTAG/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan software tools for steady-state analysis and transient stability analysis;
• Performing steady-state and transient stability analysis under EUROSTAG/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan software tools;
• Analysis of most appropriate grid connection solutions and results interpretation on network operation and control regarding power system stability, voltage control, frequency regulation, short-circuit level and steady-state security assessment;
• Consultancy activity for power system projects both within Romanian power system and for international power grids;
• Performing activity in projects from the conceptual stage (tender/offer preparation ) to the final stage (presentation to the Client and approval).
   

Profile

• Engineering background: University “Politehnica” Bucharest – Faculty of Power Engineering or similar;
• Relevant experience in power system consultancy;
• Good knowledge of software tools dedicated to power systems analysis and simulations;
• Good communication skills – both written and oral;
• Writing consultancy reports;
• Good knowledge and use of specific power system dedicated software tools such as: Eurostag/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan and/or Digsilent;
• Dynamic modelling skills for generating units/loads/FACTS/HVDC with dedicated software tools.

• English proficiency; Additional French communication ability is nice to have;

Vos missions :

Intégré.e à l’agence de Clermont-Ferrand, comptant une trentaine de collaborateurs et directement rattaché.e au Directeur d’agence, vous avez pour mission générale la mise en service, le raccordement ou le remplacement d’appareils de production d’eau chaude, sanitaire ou de chauffage tout en apportant à vos clients une véritable expertise et des solutions adaptées en matière d’économies d’énergie et de confort à domicile.

Pour assurer votre mission voici vos principales activités :

• Effectuer la pose de tuyauteries et le raccordement aux appareils de chauffage (gaz, fioul, murale ou au sol). Le cas échéant, le déplacement de radiateurs
• Effectuer la pose de tuyauteries et raccordement aux appareils, de régulation et de sondes extérieures, de VMC, de ballons électriques, de pompes à chaleur ou de ballons thermodynamiques

What you will do:

• Conduct audits identifying weaknesses in the processes under review, document testing and make recommendations for improvements when applicable.
• Assess internal control system and business processes in order to assure Management that risks have been adequately identified, that internal controls have been suitably designed to cover business risks, and that they are operating as intended.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in external (preferably Big Four) or/and internal audit within multinational organizations;

• High motivation and proactive professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders at different levels in company;

Vous interviendrez sur des grands projets nucléaires (Programme Grand Carénage d’EDF, new built, Post-Fukushima, Programme sécuritaire …) et vous serez acteur du développement des compétences en Electricité au sein de Tractebel.

Principales missions confiées :

• Réaliser des études de conception d’installations électriques HTA/BT répondant aux exigences du client, à l'analyse de sûreté, aux contraintes d'implantation et aux normes/règles applicables (RCCE, NF C15-100, NF C13-200, etc.)
• Dimensionner les installations électriques (transformateurs, groupes électrogènes, tableaux électriques, câbles et cheminements, appareillages, éclairage…) en prenant en compte les perturbations (CEM) et les contraintes d’exploitation/maintenance
• Élaborer des cahiers des charges, des spécifications techniques et des spécifications matériels
• Réaliser des notes de calculs des réseaux électriques HTA/BT et d’éclairement
• Etudier l’intégration des équipements selon les contraintes d’installation et participer à l’élaboration des plans d’implantation 
• Réaliser des schémas électriques (unifilaire, schéma d’armoire, …)
• Déterminer les coûts associés à la fourniture, au montage et la mise en service des installations électriques
• Veille technologique et choix des matériels à prescrire en fonction des projets
• Participer aux activités liées à la qualification des équipements (gestion de l’obsolescence, dossiers de prélèvement sur site, …)
• Garantir la qualité et les délais des livrables techniques
• Consulter les fournisseurs
• Suivi des travaux : visites de chantier, réception usine, opérations préalables à la réception, levée de réserve
