Our presence across the entire energy value chain (production, infrastructures and supply), combined with a diversified energy mix, enables us to provide the best response to our customers’ needs in more than 30 countries and to accelerate the energy transition wherever we operate.

Three complementary activities

We cover the entire energy value chain, from production to supply, including infrastructures, through complementary activities: renewable electricity and gas production, flexibility assets – particularly batteries – gas and electricity transmission and distribution networks, local energy infrastructures (district heating and cooling networks), and energy supply to individual customers, local authorities and businesses.

We develop, build and operate renewable electricity and gas projects (wind, solar, hydropower and green gases). To ensure a reliable and affordable energy system, we also deploy flexibility solutions, such as batteries and latest-generation, gas-fired power plants.

Infrastructures

With a long-standing presence in gas transmission, storage and distribution (increasingly green), we are also strengthening our position in electricity networks. We are a major player in urban district heating and cooling networks and develop on-site decarbonization solutions for our industrial customers.
