EVA (ENGIE Virtual Assistant) is a conversational service based on generative artificial intelligence technologies.
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, ENGIE is committed to ensuring transparent, responsible, and secure use of this technology.

Transparency
Users are informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Responses generated by EVA are identified as coming from an automated system.
Reliability and Human Supervision
EVA is designed to provide responses based exclusively on content and information published by ENGIE. However, artificial intelligence may generate approximate or incomplete responses. ENGIE maintains a continuous supervision and improvement mechanism for the service.
Personal Data Protection
Interactions with EVA are processed in accordance with ENGIE’s personal data protection policy. No sensitive personal data should be transmitted via this assistant.
Responsible Use
EVA is an assistance tool intended to facilitate access to information and does not constitute legal, financial, or contractual advice.
