Our purpose, enshrined in our bylaws, is to act to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy, through reduced energy consumption and more environmentally-friendly solutions. This purpose unites employees, clients, partners and shareholders around a common goal: reconciling economic performance with a positive impact on people and the planet. Our commitments structure this ambition and guide our decisions.

Acting with Responsible Governance

The Ethics, Environment and Sustainable Development Committee (CEEDD) is tasked with ensuring that principles of ethics, environmental protection and sustainable development are integrated into the Group’s strategy and practices. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Committee meets quarterly to review all ESG-related issues (Environment, Social and Governance).

The CEEDD examines ESG challenges, evaluates Group performance and issues recommendations. Its work is supported by operational divisions—notably the ESG Division—and by Sustainability Officers, who oversee the rollout of ESG policies across our entities.
