The General Shareholders' Meeting is a great opportunity for the Group, its directors and shareholders to meet and talk.

It is a special event in a dedicated location that allows you to:

  • find out about the Group's results and objectives,
  • take part in decision-making by deciding on resolutions submitted to the vote.

You can also attend the General Shareholders' Meeting virtually! 
You have the option of voting online or by post prior to the General Shareholders' Meeting and/or by following the live or deferred broadcast of the event.

ENGIE meets its shareholders!


We regularly meet our shareholders at trade fairs and meetings organized with our partners, particularly in France and Belgium.

We are keen to maintain the link despite a context that continues to be marked by the health crisis.  In 2021, we had the pleasure of meeting you:

  • at the Investir Day in Paris, 
  • at VFB in Antwerp,
  • at a shareholder meeting in Strasbourg.

We regularly meet our shareholders at trade shows or meetings organised with our partners, particularly in France and Belgium. 

In 2019, we had the pleasure of meeting you at the Investir Day in Paris, at Finance Avenue in Brussels, at VFB in Ghent and at shareholder meetings in Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Reims, Nancy and Brussels.

In this unprecedented period marked by the health crisis, to guarantee your safety and that of our employees, we were forced to cancel face-to-face shareholder meetings. To maintain a connection in 2020, we communicated via digital channels, in particular by organising two virtual shareholder meetings with Jean-Pierre Clamadieu and by participating in two virtual trade shows in Belgium (VFB and Finance Avenue) and in Lundis d’Investir Day. The ENGIE Shareholders' Advisory Committee is a think tank set up to express the expectations and questions of individual shareholders.

It helps to improve the communication tools and actions intended for individual shareholders.
