The first convocation of the General Meeting for holders of GDF SUEZ Tranche A 2012 participatory shares will be held at 10 am on Friday April 20, 2012. If reconvened due to lack of quorum or for any other reason, a second convocation will be held at 10 am on Wednesday May 9, 2012. The General Meeting will take place at 1, Place Samuel de Champlain, Faubourg de l’Arche, 92400 Courbevoie, France.
