Merger Shareholders’ Meeting of 16 July 2008
The Shareholders’ Meetings of Gaz de France and SUEZ to approve the merger were held on 16 July 2008. The shareholders of the two Groups voted in favour of the proposed merger plan, and GDF SUEZ came into being.
