The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The Middleware Lead role is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be accountable for Middleware factory delivery.
This role will be N-3 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Integration lead.
Job Responsibilities:
- With the Integration lead, setup and maintain Integration Golden Rules
- Accountable for Middleware factory delivery
- Ensure all needs coming from ROLL-OUT teams, RUN teams, and SATELLITE teams are properly catched and consolidate a unique demand plan
- Ensure the Factory capacity is properly ramp up/down the capacity according to the needs
- Validate Middleware general & detailed design and ensure compliancy with Integration Golden Rules
- Cooperate with the points of contacts of all satellite system to agree with a common plan
- Monitor services (RUN & BUILD) & ensure compliancy with KISs & SLA
- Note : the middleware factory is operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities
Position requirements
- Knowledge of integration architecture and at least one integration framework and or ESB/BPM product on the market (TIBCO, SAG, Mulesoft, SAP PO/PI or others)
- Significant experience on large Middleware projects
- Fluent English (oral/written)
- Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
- Experience of working in project management mode
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
- Team spirit
