ENGIE’s Executive Committee consists of 11 members, including 4 women. Its mission is to manage the Group’s transformation in the context of a profound shift in the energy sector. Its members oversee the Group’s operational and functional divisions as well as the major geographical areas where ENGIE operates. They review issues and decisions relating to the Group’s strategy, development, organization and performance in serving its customers.
