Job Description

 

To provide administrative assistance and support to the Key Account Manager and Directors to support the smooth running of the account on a day to day basis.

 

The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Account Manager in the coordination of initiatives and activities at key account level and for the coordination of initiatives by country leads, ensuring that they meet agreed timescales for reporting and other deliverables.

 

The Account Coordinator will have regular contact with the clients and colleagues across the contract and as such will be a lead for communication and coordination of activity

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

As Account Coordinator, you will need to:

 

  • Coordinate, analyse and report the outcome of the various initiatives carried out
  • Tracks and updates project action status
  • Collect key information, analyse, identify anomalies and produce concise report consolidations of financial and operational information
  • Coordinate ad verify Key Performance Indicators with internal and external partners
  • Administrate the computerized maintenance management system, address issues, update plan when needed, and ensure the system is used as per requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Key Account Manager and colleagues as required
  • Ability to identify when to escalate issues to the Key Account Manager
  • Assists Key Account Manager in meetings and prepares and/or edits meeting minutes
  • Follows up with clients, when necessary
  • Work closely and interact with ENGIE employees and partners across country borders with an effective level of communication
  • Manage own time effectively and prioritise tasks as required
  • Identify and manage a contract risk register as appropriate
  • Ensure project reporting is carried out within agreed timescales and coordinate Country contributions
  • Ensures that the firm's image is maintained in front of its partners and clients by exhibiting a professional, mature, courteous, and efficient behaviour at all time

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 Years experience in Project Management and/or in Operation & Maintenance.
  • Fluent English speaker (with a second European language an advantage)
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI applications.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • A knowledge and or previous experience of projects will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of CMMS / GMAO, ideally Planon
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
