Have you heard of Dreamforce, an annual event held by Salesforce, the leading developer of customer relationship management systems? Dreamforce is a key international event in the new technology sector, bringing together industry trailblazers and developers. This year, it took place, remotely, for three days from 21 to 23 September.
Back in 2019, Salesforce chose ENGIE, as a pioneer of change, to be on centre stage at the event.
This year’s Dreamforce, run as a virtual event, is once again paying tribute to ENGIE for its contribution to the carbon-neutral transition, by reducing energy consumption and offering more environmentally-friendly solutions.

Since 2009, this platform has enabled us to manage our customer data across the board. Today, it is used in 30 countries, especially in Europe, by our BtC customer advisory centers and in the United States, in the sales process for our BtB customers.
