ENGIE’s Vigilance Plan
ENGIE SA’s vigilance plan is taken in accordance with the French law on the duty of vigilance of parent companies and ordering companies. It targets serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, human health and safety, and the environment.
This vigilance plan, which is the subject of regular discussions with ENGIE’s international trade union federations in the framework of the Global Agreement signed in 2022, gathers all the measures put in place by ENGIE to identify and prevent the risks of negative impacts on people and the environment related to the activities of the Group, those of its controlled companies, as well as the activities of its subcontractors or suppliers with whom an established commercial relationship is maintained.
