Chez Storengy, le Groupe d’Intervention sur les Puits (GIP) est chargé des activités de forage de ses puits de stockage de gaz naturel et de leur maintenance. Ces activités nécessitent une expertise de très haut niveau et des interventions techniques complexes.

 

Basé à Beynes (78), le Groupe d’Intervention sur Puits de Storengy SAS recherche un(e) :

 

Technicien(ne) opérations sur puits

Intégré à l’équipe du Département Ingénierie et Intervention sur puits du GIP, le technicien participe à la réalisation des opérations sur puits (interventions de surface, travail au câble, slickline, diagraphie, coiled tubing, maintenance de matériels, prestations de services) sur des stockages souterrains ou autres chantiers, contribuant ainsi à l’optimisation des opérations faites par le GIP, et à l’optimisation de l’exploitation des puits de stockage souterrain de ses clients.

En tant que membre de l’équipe sous la responsabilité d’un chef de travaux, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • contribuer à la réalisation des interventions.
  • préparer le matériel nécessaire à son intervention, participer à son maintien en l’état, conduire les unités (PL) de travail au câble.
  • veiller à la sécurité et à la bonne application des règles et consignes de sécurité sur la zone de travail.
  • assurer aux intervenants externes et aux opérateurs la présentation des risques liés aux travaux et des règles de sécurité.
  • agir dans le respect des consignes de sécurité et des procédures en vigueur, du programme d’opérations et selon les plannings définis.

 

Vous pouvez, au regard de votre niveau d’habilitation, être amené à prendre en charge (responsabilité de chef de travaux) certaines opérations.

Vous participez à l’intégration des modes opératoires de l’activité sur la base des REX observés.

Vous veillez à la maintenabilité et au bon fonctionnement des équipements mis à disposition pour les interventions auxquelles vous participez.

 

Compétences et expérience requises

 

De formation Bac+2 de type électrotechnique, maintenance industrielle ou Bac Pro avec expérience professionnelle, avec des compétences techniques, notamment dans le domaine des opérations de travail au câble slickline/eline, de travaux de maintenance sur puits et travaux sur Rig.

  • Vous possédez une forte motivation pour les activités de chantier impliquant des déplacements réguliers d’une durée d’une à deux semaines.
  • Vous avez des connaissances dans le domaine de la mesure (chaîne d’acquisition, signal, traitement de la donnée) et de l’électronique.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise pour utiliser les outils bureautiques standards ainsi que les applications digitales.
  • La culture client, le sens des responsabilités, l’organisation, la disponibilité, le gout travail en équipe et un bon relationnel sont des qualités requises pour ce poste.
  • Permis PL /SPL et certification externe IWCF souhaité. A défaut, les formations et permis pourront être dispensées à la prise de poste.

Le poste nécessite des déplacements  sur les sites de stockage de Storengy en France et ponctuellement en Europe.

Permis B obligatoire.

 

Rémunération et avantages

 

Rémunération selon qualification et expérience. 13ème mois, primes et indemnités (chantier, déplacement…), tarif particulier électricité et gaz, accord d’intéressement et participation, CET, PEG/PERO… Travailler chez Storengy c’est aussi, 27 jours de congés payés, des RTT et/ou repos intégrés au cycle (selon cycle), des tickets repas, une mutuelle, des prestations familiales, un comité d’entreprise…

PRESENTATION OF RENEWABLE GASES EUROPE

 

RENEWABLE GASES EUROPE (RGE) is ENGIE’s business entity responsible for the development of renewable and low carbon gases[1] production in Europe. Since 2015, ENGIE has been developing biomethane production activity. At the beginning of 2023, its portfolio includes 26 plants in operation, of which 19 are self-operated, with a total production capacity of 550 GWh/y @100% and a development pipeline of 1.4 TWh/y.

ENGIE is determined to become a leading player in 1G[2] biomethane in Europe. The ambition is to grow rapidly to reach 10 TWh/y of biomethane production capacity by 2030.

In Europe, outside France, biomethane production projects are already under development in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland and Italy. Spain, Portugal and Romania are other countries of interest. The strategy is to develop projects, greenfield and through M&A, to inject biomethane into the gas grid or to produce bioLNG.

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

Under the responsibility of the Head of Engineering, the 3D CAD Discipline Manager reports functionally to the Engineering Director.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The 3D CAD discipline Manager is in charge of the 2D/3D CAD design team and 2D/3D discipline. He/She supervises the designers placed under his responsibility and/or subcontracted designers.

 

Set up and manage the process team

  • Manage the 3D CAD team across the different engineering offices
  • Ensure the development of team competencies, in coordination with HR & Talents, through training, work experience and career development
  • Under the responsibility of the Head of Engineering, recruit and integrate additional resources- in collaboration with HR team.

 

MAIN DUTIES

  • Coordinate projects drawing production according to project managers schedule and priorities.
  • Be responsible of the 3D cad design delivery
  • Supervise and unify the team practices and quality level.
  • Maintain up to date the cad data base.
  • Animate and/or get involved in projects critical design review gateway meetings (Hazop, ALM, 3D progress…)
  • Identify projects constraints and organize the team production according to projects needs.
  • Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings, layout, isometrics.
  • Verify interfaces between disciplines and packages and is able to contact suppliers to alert/resolve/get additional details in order to meet the project schedule.
  • Report on a regular basis, the drafting production status and potential difficulties to project managers and engineering management.
  • Coordinate with other discipline leads and/or subcontractors, manage clashes between disciplines and/or supplier’s packages, tracks the progress and supervises issue resolutions.
  • Identify when issues has to be raised or arbitrated to/by engineering management.
  • Plan and monitors the workload and time spent by each CAD designers of his team or subcontracted,
  • Alert and suggest mitigation plans when deviation
  • Participate in standardization and industrialization work, and deployment of solutions,
  • Be proactive in choosing the tools and methods to implement,
  • Responisible for integration of 3rd party packages (zero point integration etc.)

 

HSE

  • Develop a safety culture during project design and implementation, both within the engineering team and contractors.
  • Ensure that “in design” HSE principles/practices/reviews are properly taken into account and followed.

Quality

  • Responsible of the quality performance of his discipline and the deployment of RGE Quality Management System.
  • Ensure that quality control processes are in place and reworks are minimized.
  • Lead non-conformance (NCR) management, ensuring that measures are taken to avoid repetition of mistakes. 
  • Enforce progressive compilation of red-line documentation and quality records.
  • Organize specific training sessions with the project team, suppliers and contractors.

 

Planning

  • Ensure day to day direction and prioritisation of all activities and functions within the discipline scope.
  • Ensure high quality and timely planning reporting.

 

LOCATION

  La Défense (92) France, regular travel to other engineering offices (in the Netherlands about one week per month) or to sites may be required (in Europe)

MAIN INTERFACES

The 3D CAD discipline Manager will interact with, among others:

  • Engineering team members

QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE

The 3D CAD discipline Manager shall have the following competences and experience:

 

Degree and experience:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • At least 10 years' experience in drafting and design of industrial projects (bioenergy, energy, chemicals, water/waste treatment) in an EPC organization, preferably on an international scale.
  • Good understanding of engineering and construction processes/standards (including planning, permitting, design and construction phases).
  • Experience coordinating multicultural teams, with preferably at least one period living abroad.
  • Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, REVIT, Navisworks.
  • At least 5 years of Team management

 

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to work with international teams.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to compromise and reach win-win agreements.

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

Under the responsibility of the Head of Engineering, the Discipline Manager Process reports functionally to the Engineering Director.

 

ACTIVITIES

The Discipline Manager Process is responsible for the following activities:

 

Set up and manage the process team

  • Under the responsibility of the Head of Engineering, recruit and integrate process engineers - in collaboration with HR team.
  • Manage the process team across the different engineering offices (all types of mechanical, biological and gaz processes used in RGE activities)
  • Ensure the development of team competencies, in coordination with HR & Talents, through training, work experience and career development

 

Ensure the production of process engineering deliverables for RGE projects :

  • Manage the process team workload and the adequate mobilization of engineers in project teams (teams reporting operationally to the project manager), at all stages of a project (development, design & procurement, construction&commissioning) to :
    • Perform Preliminary, Basic & Detailed Process Design including equipment design or specification, and sizing, production of heat and material balances, PFDs, P&Ids, preparation of process and equipment specifications and data sheets, drafting of commissioning and operating manuals...
    • Review / validate contractors’ and suppliers’ detailed design and plans for commissioning and tests
    • Follow up during construction&commissioning, supporting project team with site queries, interface management and change management
    • Ensure that the performance of plants is properly calculated and stretched in compliance with the project’s business plan

 

  • Depending on the project needs and the process team size, the Discipline Manager Process can have to produce himself all types of tasks related to project process engineering

 

Ensure the industrialization of RGE projects and engineering reliability throughout the project life cycle :

  • Integrate industrialization into project design: develop standard P&ID, Hazop, etc
  • Put in place the methods, processes, tools including digital tools guaranteeing the quality of the process engineering produced together with the respect of the project’s business plan, costs, and schedule
  • Ensure that above all, Health & Safety aspect of existing and new technologies shall systematically be taken into account in the process design
  • Ensure capitalization of lessons learned and continuous improvement of process engineering standards and practices

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

The Discipline Manager Process shall have the following competences and experience:

Degree and experience:

  • M.S. degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 15 years’ experience in process engineering positions in energy / water/waste treatment / process industry in an EPC contractor company
  • Experience with working in a project-oriented culture, based on collaborative, agile and innovative ways of working
  • At least 5 years’ experience in team management

 

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • French and other languages are a plus

Skills:
