Julia Maris began her career in the French civil service working on international and European cooperation issues related to security and international development.

In 2007, she joined the French Presidency’s as rapporteur in the Commission for the White Paper on Defence and National Security. She was then appointed Marketing and Development Director at DCI.

In May 2012, she was appointed Adviser on European Affairs in the Cabinet of Jean-Yves Le Drian, and later joined Thales Alenia Space before returning to DCI in 2014 as Deputy CEO.
In 2019, she joined ENGIE Solutions as Executive Director for the Defence and Marine market before being appointed Group Vice President for ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), and President of the Rassembleurs d’Énergies Fund.

Julia Maris is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Grenoble and the École Nationale d’Administration.

Sébastien Arbola began his career at BNP Paribas where he held various positions in finance from 1999 to 2006.

He joined Suez in 2006 before the merger with GDF. After holding various responsibilities within ENGIE’s Corporate finance team , Sébastien Arbola became Group M&A Director in 2011. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Asian environmental operations for Suez Environnement in 2013 based in Hong Kong.

Since 2016, he was head of the Middle East, South and Central Asia, Turkey and Africa region. In particular, he led the operations and growth of ENGIE in Dubai across the region, from large-scale power generation to water desalination to gas distribution and retail. In 2021, Sébastien Arbola is appointed Executive Vice President, in charge of Flex Gen & Retail. Since July 15th, 2025, Sébastien Arbola is Executive Vice President in charge of Data, Digital & IT, Strategy and Research & Innovation.

After more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Paulo Almirante has recognized expertise in power generation, energy infrastructures and energy services. He joined the Group in 2011 following the merger of International Power by ENGIE.

In 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President of ENGIE in charge of supervising the Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe; Middle East, South and Central Asia and Turkey; Brazil and Generation Europe Business Units. In 2018, became the Group’s Chief Operating Officer. From February 24 to December 31, 2020, Paulo Almirante was responsible for the operational management of the Group as a member of a collegial team with Claire Waysand and Judith Hartmann. In February 2021, he is appointed Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Renewable, Energy Management and Nuclear activities.

Since joining ENGIE, he has contributed to the transformation of the Group’s industrial activities to make them more flexible and profitable, while developing these activities, in particular, in Brazil and the Middle East. Since February 1st, 2025, Paulo Almirante is Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the GBU Renewable & Flex Power.

Paulo Almirante holds a Master’s degree in Mechanics from the Technical University of Lisbon. He also holds a degree in Management from the Catholic University of Lisbon and a program in Global Leadership Development at the London Business School.

Jean-Sébastien Blanc has successively held the positions of Head of Employee Relations, Human Resources Manager, then Director of Human Resources within the PSA and Danone Groups, and then Alstom as Director of Human Resources for the Transportation branch.

He joined Compagnie Plastic Omnium in 2012 as Group Human Resources Director. He was also in charge of the “Act for All” sustainable development program and internal communication. In March 2021, he joined ENGIE as Executive Vice President in charge of Human Resources and HQ. Jean-Sébastien Blanc has also held positions as a labor court advisor, then President of a regional association for inter-professional occupational medicine. He is also Honorary President of the association “Elles bougent”.

Magali Viot is an employee at Elengy, seconded for employee representation mandates since the beginning of 2014. Following her Baccalaureate Diploma, she joined the EDF-GDF in 1996 as a customer advisor in the Electricity and Gas Services Department (EGSD).

In 2009, Magali Viot successfully completed professional retraining through a work-study contract and obtained a Certificate of Professional Qualification (CQP) in industrial maintenance, which enabled her to become a High-voltage Maintenance Technician.

Christophe Agogué is a graduate of HEC with a specialization in finance. In 1986, he joined EDF where he was responsible for negotiations with COGEMA on the reprocessing of used fuel.

After a period in the head office, he was responsible for management and subsequently served on the Management Board of the subsidiary Nersa, in charge of the Superphénix reactor.

In 2001, he moved to Gaz de France where he led the fixed assets department and participated in the operations to buy back the transport network from the French State, and in the initial studies on regulating infrastructure activities.

Having joined GRDF at its inception, he worked on the construction of several transmission tariffs. He has held union positions on behalf of CFE-Énergies since 2009. He has been the union representative to the Central Works Committee of GRDF and to the ENGIE France Group Committee and the secretary for his local Works Committee.

Since 2018, he has advised GRDF’s Regulation and Economy Department on finance matters.
