Career path
Rosaline Corinthien brings more than 25 years of experience across the entire energy value chain, from regulation and large scale gas and power infrastructure to renewables, strategy, and complex international operations.
She began her career in the energy sector before joining the French Energy Regulation Commission (CRE), where she contributed to the elaboration of rules governing access to LNG terminals. She then moved into power generation, leading major projects such as the construction of a combined- cycle gas plant in France.
Rosaline Corinthien joined ENGIE in 2012, taking on senior leadership roles across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. She successively served as Managing Director of Storengy China, head of ENGIE’s gas activities in China, and later held cross-functional roles within Global Energy Management. She also served as Deputy Group Chief Human Resources Officer, with overseeing executives, talent development, and HR innovation. She then led ENGIE France Renewables, before becoming Managing Director of Flexible Generation South America and Country Manager of ENGIE Chile.
She now leads the Group’s power networks activities, accelerating the development and operation of electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure on an international scale.
An engineer by training, Rosaline Corinthien is a graduate of INSA Rouen Normandie and IFP School (ENSPM). She also holds a Corporate Director Certificate from IFA – Sciences Po.

Cécile Prévieu began her career in the French government, notably at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, as energy advisor to the Minister of Industry, then as transportation advisor to the Prime Minister.
She joined the ENGIE Group in 2010, where she held responsibilities with the Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Group’s Networks Division, before being appointed Director of Asset Management at Storengy, then Chief Executive Officer of Storengy in 2015. Edouard Neviaski began his career in 1989 with Société Générale in commodities trading. In 2001, he was appointed CEO of Gaselys, the energy trading joint venture of Gaz de France and Société Générale. Frank Lacroix has spent most of his career in the energy sector, where he is recognized as an experienced leader in decentralized installations and energy services.
During his 27 years with the Dalkia Group, he held various managerial positions up to the responsibilities of Managing Director of Dalkia France in 2008, then Chairman and CEO of the Dalkia Group in 2011.
